That evening, I returned to the hotel because my Jakarta train ticket was at 7 p.m. They were friendly and served me wholeheartedly when I picked up my bag. The hotel management/staff is very kind and honest and very helpful. I left my Samsung Airbuds in the room when I checked out. The management/staff contacted me and kept it until our son picked it up a few days later. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism of the management/staff. Hopefully Grand Orchid Hotel Solo will be more successful and advance and develop.

Staycation here during a long weekend, everything was very satisfying, from the location, facilities, rooms, breakfast variety, large and spacious swimming pool area, my son really liked it, and the most impressive thing was the staff, all very helpful and attentive. We stayed 2 nights and every breakfast without us having to call, the restaurant staff always came over, offered help, offered food for us to try which we actually declined because we didn't want to make leftovers so we just took the food we were eating. Even one of the restaurant staff offered to warm milk for our son if we wanted/offered oat milk/other variations. It really made us smile, this is what should be the essence of hospitality. Excellent job Alila Solo! We will always come back!
