The location is peaceful, but a bit far from the city center and shopping areas. The service is excellent, everyone is friendly, and the receptionist, Rafika, even helped me get a free room upgrade. The rooms are spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The food is varied and delicious. The kids' activities are quite complete.

Stayed here for 3 nights, and the location is quite close to the city center. The hotel is new, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and quite spacious, the swimming pool is quite large and warm, and there are plenty of breakfast options. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay.

The natural atmosphere is cool and comfortable, the staff are friendly, and the little things are really taken care of, such as the towels being new and fragrant.

I've been wanting to try a staycation here for a long time. It turned out to be worth spending the extra budget for a SC here on the weekend, it's quite good to get a view of Bandung city even though the surrounding area is residential. The room is very comfortable and quite spacious, has a Smart TV too, and the bathroom is clean. It's just a shame they don't provide slippers for amenities and breakfast is only one menu per person according to B&B hotel standards. Overall, it's really good. By the way, sorry, I only documented the view, forgot to take a photo of the room area 😅🙏🏻

The hotel staff was very helpful, and the atmosphere was a great place to spend a family vacation. We hope to be able to stay at Gaia Bandung again soon.

I got a spacious and luxurious King Deluxe, right at the end, so I had two windows with two views. It was awesome.

the location is a bit far from the city, suitable for those looking for peace and beautiful views at night.. suggestion to take a room on the 2nd floor, so you can see the view of Bandung city.. this pavilion is suitable for those who bring family because it feels like a villa of their own. the staff are very helpful. , free tea and coffee,, if asked if I will come here again? My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Sheraton Bandung. The service was great, the staffs are friendly and really helpful and the food was also delicious. One of the front staff even remembered my name (small things but it matters 😀). They also give discount for our in-room dining meal. Thank you Sheraton, definitely will come back 😀
