The facilities and services are very good and very satisfying for me, keep it up 🤗 Regency hotels are no less good than city hotels in terms of facilities and services, even some city hotels have less good service, lots of plugs in the room so don't be afraid of not getting a charger for those who bring a lot of gadgets 😄 welcome drinks are provided which not even all big hotels in the city provide 👍 let alone small hotels 🤭 this hotel is very good 🤗 the food is very delicious and the price of breakfast per person is also very affordable for such delicious food. Had a really nice stay at Four Points Pontianak. The staff were super friendly and helpful—it just made everything feel easy and comfortable. One thing that really stuck with me: I came back from a meeting and found a prayer mat already set up in my room. Such a small gesture, but honestly so thoughtful and appreciated. Honestly, Novotel is the best hotel in Pontianak of all the hotels I've visited in Pontianak. There are no shortcomings, whether it's the facilities, the atmosphere of the rooms, the child-friendly swimming pool, or the 5-star restaurant menu. The staff are very friendly when met. For friends who read this review, I suggest booking a hotel with a balcony view of the pool. If the superior is usually a bit more energy-intensive to walk to the room. But overall, I'm satisfied. Thank you Novotel. Next time we will stay again with a balcony view of the pool.
