The service is excellent, and the staff are all friendly. Any issues are resolved promptly. The menu is varied, highly recommended for a holiday.

All the staff were very friendly, from the security guards, front desk staff, customer service, and everyone else. They even helped me warm up my child's complementary food at dawn. This was my first stay at the Maktal Hotel. It's strategically located, has a cafe and coffee bar, and offers dine-in or room service, offering a full menu of food and drinks at affordable prices. The rooms are clean and the sanitation is also excellent. Overall, I recommend it.

Fortune Mataram Hotels where I stayed were very pleasant clean rooms, good service, friendly employees, located in the middle of the city so it was very easy for my business affairs. Close to the business center in Cakranegara, easy to find because of its strategic location. All taxi drivers both online and conventional know this hotel.

What impressed me most was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff, always smiling and ready to assist with any questions. Check-in and check-out were also quick and efficient. The location is strategic, close to restaurants and public transportation, making it easy to get around.

The kind and friendly parents, the man who helped clean also greeted us nicely. The tidy room and clean bathroom felt like we were at home.
