Fantastic hotel with stunning ocean views, huge grounds and luxurious surroundings. Incredible value for what we paid. Very well located also with so many shopping, eating and drinking options nearby. Highly recommend.

The staff, from security to reception and even the restaurant staff, are all friendly and helpful. The food is varied and delicious, and the swimming pool is spacious. My kids enjoyed their stay here.

Check in and check out time is flexible, the staff are also friendly, warm water, towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste and soap are available, the room is cleaned almost every day, there is also free drinking water, tea, coffee and a water heater. Hotel access is very easy on the main road, spacious parking and close to mini markets, Sindhu beach, ATMs, traditional markets. Always a regular here.

The accommodation is clean, with ample parking, the staff are very pleasant and friendly, and the food is delicious—despite its simple appearance, but it's delicious. It's a decent hotel for a layover to Nusa Penida, close to the fastboat port. I'd definitely return.

Always a remarkable experience staying here. It’s my 2nd time staying at Maison and what I notice is how the service and hospitality (previously already super amazing) have been revamped and enhanced beyond what I have acknowledged. One of the most worthwhile hotels in the Sanur area. It's right on Sindhu Beach and boasts a beach club-style cafe called Byrd House, which is incredibly cool and serves delicious food. The staff are friendly, the gardens are beautiful and spacious, there are three swimming pools, it's kid-friendly, and it's strategically located close to everything, including Icon Mall. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

Close to Duyung Beach, just a 2-minute walk. The location is excellent, close to culinary attractions. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the pool is great. Oh, it makes me miss Bali. Thank you, Segara Agung Hotel.

Booked a deluxe garden view room, but was upgraded to a pool view, which was a great room. Excellent location. The beach is just a walk away. Breakfast was ok. Will definitely stay here again.

The location was very, very good. It’s right in front of Icon Mall Bali, and then right outside the hotel entrance door, there are convenient stores, motorbike rental, many cafes and restaurants, and most importantly, walking distance from the beach. Don’t miss the sunrise while you at Sanur area.
