The hotel facilities are comfortable, the cleanliness is excellent, and the staff are friendly. It makes for a fun vacation with the family.

The location is further out from the BBT Ferry Terminal, about an hour + ride. Grab/Gojek services are not available around that area, so best to call their resort and request for a pick-up to and fro. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. They are attentive to customers’ requests and never failed to smile. The free breakfast buffet spread was so good. Honestly, their food was amazing and I’m already missing it. Overall, my first trip to Bintan was a success. Thank you to the staff at the resort, please keep up the good work!

The rooms are clean, comfortable, good service, the food is also good and the price is affordable, suitable for tourists who want to relax while enjoying the beauty of the sea.

My room was upgraded to a deluxe because the room I booked was full. I've stayed here four or five times before in the same room type. This time, because I was upgraded to a deluxe last night, I think I'll stick with deluxe rooms in the future, as they're more comfortable and spacious.
