This was my first time staying in Jakarta, especially in the GBK area, which is right inside a mall. It was very impressive, as everything was easy to find, strategically located, and comfortable. Especially if you ask for a room with a city view, the view is truly breathtaking. I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

My first time at this hotel. It's a luxury hotel, but they often have promotional prices. There's a swimming pool, gym, cool air conditioning, and friendly staff. The service is excellent. We asked the customer service at IG Hotel about charging our electric car, and the staff responded promptly. Thank you to the security team, especially the chief, Mr. Mus, who welcomed us with open arms. Five thumbs up. If you want to go to Blok M, you're just a short walk across the street, hehe.

The hotel is very nice, they have good hospitality, staff are helpful, near the food area around the hotels such as Kebayoran Park Mall. The room is clean and spacious.

My family and I stayed here; there's a children's playroom and swimming pool, and my kids loved it. It's also close to Gandaria City Mall. The staff, from security to the restaurant, are incredibly friendly.

This is my second stay here. It used to be called Horison, but the service remains the same, no different, still friendly and helpful. The breakfast menu is varied and still delicious. It turns out they only changed management, the staff remains the same. The room is spacious, fits 3 single beds, and the TV entertainment is also varied so it's not boring. We have been coming back to Sheraton Gandaria a few times now and it consistently delivers. This recent visit with my wife and two kids was a comfortable, enjoyable stay from start to finish. The club lounge was the highlight for us. Staff there were attentive and genuinely helpful throughout... the kind of service that makes you feel well looked after without being over the top. The rest of the hotel staff were equally pleasant and easy to deal with. The pool was great, kids had a good time. Room was clean, well-maintained, and everything was in order. Solid choice if you want a reliable family staycation in South Jakarta. We will be back.

What a nice staycation! Ambiance/Facilities: good vibes, great facilities. Food: delicious and various breakfast options. Staff are helpful. Staff Assistance: helpful and nice. They knew we were going to a concert at GBK area and told us the shortest way without us asking. Highlights: I asked for some additional water, and they came so fast. Price: worth your money. Location: right next to Plaza Senayan, walking distance to GBK area.

I stayed for 2 days in a family room, the room was very big/spacious, clean, there were 3 beds that were also big, the bathroom was separate from the toilet so it was nice, no need to queue if someone had to go to the toilet, towels and toiletries were complete and clean. The food in the restaurant was very varied from western to traditional, my kids really liked it there. Incidentally, I have stayed there twice, last year. That's why I took this hotel again, the access is very easy, there are 2 big malls that are shopping options. The staff is friendly and quick to respond, when the bathroom fan broke down they were quickly fixed, needed an iron quickly delivered, basically very satisfied. Next time if I have a staycation with my family, God willing, I will be at this hotel again. Maintain or improve the service. Thank you.

The room is nice, clean and fragrant, the amenities are complete. The jacuzzi works well.
