Breakfast at the accommodation will be provided from 06:00 - 10:00.

PROSES CHECK IN Upon arrival, you must provide us with a valid ID card (KTP/Passport) and a deposit of IDR 100,000 to be used as a guarantee to the hotel so that the hotel can pre-authorize. The hotel will provide 1 room key access card. If guests need an additional room key access card, guests can request it from the receptionist on duty. Every guest is required to return the room key access card to the receptionist on the day of departure. If a guest loses the room key access card, the guest will be charged a penalty fee of IDR 50,000. Terkait pemesanan kamar ini mengikuti aturan pemesanan untuk tidak dapat dirubah dan tidak dapat diuangkan kembali (refund). Tamu dilarang keras untuk menurunkan matras tempat tidur ke lantai dan akan dikenakan penalti sebesar Rp.500.000,- bilamana melakukan penurunan matras ke lantai (down bed). Hotel sewaktu - waktu dapat menolak permintaan khusus untuk merubah jenis kamar mengikuti ketersediaan kamar dan tingkat hunian hotel di saat hari kedatangan menginap tamu. Tamu tidak diperbolehkan bertindak untuk menyinggung atau mengganggu tamu lain dan mengganggu ketertiban umum Hotel berhak untuk melaporkan kepada pihak berwajib untuk setiap penemuan narkotika, obat-obatan terlarang dan senjata api tanpa izin yang langsung ditemukan di kamar hotel tanpa pemberitahuan kepada Anda.
