Mutiara Hotel & Convention is my favorite hotel when transiting on a business trip to Banjar by Lodaya Train. Many street food options are available near Martabak Panjo, Cuangki Station, and Kartikasari store. It's a 15-minute check-in to the station and BRI-BNI ATM. Many varieties of food are available at the restaurant station for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Also, there are grabfood/gofood options at the hotel. Fast check-in/out, clean room, friendly staff, and comfortable. Thank you Traveloka.

The location is very strategic, close to Bandung Station, in front of the hotel there are rows of food shops, next to a souvenir shop. The hotel staff is very friendly and very helpful with the check-in/out process, helping carry luggage to the room, and helping cross the very busy road. The hotel is very neat, clean, and fragrant. Stayed here overnight. It's great, the pool is there, and the kids loved it. The only downside is there's no breakfast, but there are plenty of culinary options nearby since it's close to Bandung Station. The atmosphere is lively because it's in the city center. The staff and security are all friendly. The room was a bit less than clean. Otherwise, it's fine, I'd stay again if I were to visit Bandung.

I had a very pleasant stay at the Mutiara Hotel. The atmosphere is serene and beautiful, thanks to the abundance of trees. It's located in the city center (near Paskal 23 Mall and Bandung Station). If you're hungry, there are plenty of street food outlets across from the hotel. I didn't expect the interior to be so nice. Although the room looked a bit vintage, everything worked perfectly—the TV, AC, water heater, faucet, and flush—and everything worked perfectly.

The location is close to the culinary center. Across the street from the hotel are many delicious restaurants and the Kartikasari souvenir center. The rooms are spacious and quite clean, although the interior is quite vintage.

2 connecting rooms = 987 thousand Rupiah. What we got: 1. A thick, dried stain the size of a thumb was immediately visible on the edge of the top blanket, and several strands of what looked like a man's hair were also visible. 2. The other bed immediately showed a wrinkled sheet that had been sat on, propped up against the pillow, with several strands of hair and dirty shoe prints. 3. The cleaning staff had a lingering body odor that lingered after leaving both rooms for a long time, forcing us to quickly leave. 4. Only one roll of toilet paper and one trash can were provided in the toilet. 5. The bed was positioned against two walls, facing the AC, which was close to the hallway door, so the AC wasn't working, nor was it felt in the other room. 6. The dirty brown towels smelled very used, and they were only sprayed with freshener... to get used to bringing your own towels. 7. Too overpriced, especially without breakfast.

For around 500,000 Rupiah, you get a very unpleasant 3-star hotel. The bathroom stinks, the room smells musty, the sheets are stained, and even the pillowcases are torn. Usually, 500,000 Rupiah gets you a very nice 3-star hotel. It's worth noting that I came here on a last-minute booking; other hotels were all booked up.
