The downsides, in my opinion, are: 1. The Wi-Fi is slow. 2. The power outlets are only accessible from one bed. The bed next to it has no outlets at all. There are plenty of outlets, but they only work for one bed. 3. The light switch is only accessible from the bed that doesn't have an outlet, and it's near the door. 4. There's only one type of protein on the main menu, but the rest is okay. 5. Every time we change new towels, they smell like they're sunburned. Aside from these drawbacks, the hotel staff is friendly and never refuses guest requests. The location is also quite strategic. If I may request, the swimming pool's operating hours could be extended. Perhaps from 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and we even got ice cream. It's just a shame that the bed I booked was a queen, but this was a twin bed, but it was put together. Otherwise, it was fine.

A really nice place but managed not to the best. The non-smoking room smelled like an ashtray. Sheets were also not clean. Smoke was found near the window. If it was maintained and cleaned better, it would be worthwhile.

It was a decent stay. Indonesia's first transparent swimming pool, visible from the lobby. The service was good. Breakfast was decent. The rooms were comfortable, but the cleanliness of the towels could be improved. They're no longer white.

The room was nice, comfortable, and clean. The location is strategic, close to everything, and there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The breakfast wasn't very fresh; the watermelon tasted different, and the gomak noodles didn't taste freshly made. Maybe the food can be improved next time.

A hotel with a swimming pool with the most absurd and eccentric design. The bottom of the pool is transparent and visible from the lobby, making it impossible to see through your bikini bottoms. Hopefully, the bottom will be covered so it's not transparent. It's really weird because it makes swimming uncomfortable. The mattresses are uncomfortable because they're two mattresses combined, and the bedcovers aren't very clean, with some dry stains. Otherwise, it's okay.
