The property and staff were great! They took care of everything needed promptly and politely. We only had typical Italy issues like no hooks to hang a damp towel after a shower. Also the shower was less than half enclosed with a hand spray shower head, so you have to be careful not to spray water all over the bathroom.

Didn't know there was 2 parts to the property but it made it easier to enter through the Annex rather than the front door all the time. Other than that, inside the hotel was well kept and clean and staff informed me of events happening that week to make sure there is no delays to my departure. Bed was super comfortable and area was quiet. No complaints!

Nice hotel situated a few minutes from Saint Mark Square. Our water taxi was able to drop us steps away. Wild hotels in the middle of Venice it was nice and quiet. We were in the annex building, which is just off the main building no elevators so I got a lot of steps in, but not terrible. The highlight hear from me was the staff. They went out of their way to get reservations for us help us with train tickets and other things. I’m actually gonna stay here another night on my way out of Venice.

If you are trying to decide where to stay in Venice, stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet (an additional cost), the rooms, the location and especially the staff were all excellent!

Location and staff were amazing! 10 min walk go basically everything. It was great being central. However the hotel room (I got a double economy) was TINY. Bathroom was also tiny and awkwardly laid out, shower was a bit finicky too.

The property's location would be hard to beat. I would pass on their breakfast option next time, as there are many nearby options with better cappuccino. Rooms were small and the shower in the bathtub you had to climb into as the tub had high sides and was narrow. The shower had lots of hot water for the first person but the next body should wait a bit or the water turns cold mid shower. The staff was warm, friendly and helpful. we did not use the air conditioning as we were their in early May
