Great service and guest experience, some areas of hotel were a little dated, didn’t provide coffee/milk replenishment one coffee each over two day. Beach is lovely and nicer vibe than pool which is overcrowded and grass warm.

This hotel may have been nice at some point but needs serious updates. The smoke detector was removed with wires hanging from ceiling, you could not control your room temperature without talking to the front desk (but this was not disclosed at checking ) so we were extremely hot for several hours. We would have called them but the phone did not work. The beds are rock hard. The staff were very nice and the restaurant was excellent but a bit expensive. I would not recommend this hotel.

Unfortunately our room was around 78°F and in order for your AC to turn on, you have to call the front desk. My husband and I called three times to ask them to make the room colder and it never got colder. It was cooler outside than it was in our room. It was just really uncomfortable.

We arrived at 1pm and were told our room would be available at 2pm. Then more guests arrived and they too were told their rooms would be available at 2pm. I mean, you can't have 3 rooms all done at the same time so if you don't want folks checking in before 2pm, just say so. We requested help with our luggage as we didn't want to drag our bags from the parking lot to the reception (a few mins walk on very bumpy, cobbled grounds), and had to wait a good 15mins for the "bellboy" to show up, after asking reception a few times for an update. Apparently, their luggage trolley was in use so the bellboy just dragged our luggage anyway. Turns out, their staff was using the one luggage trolley this big resort had! We returned at 5pm to check in, and while our room was ready, no one bothered to move our luggage into the room. We picked them up ourselves and dragged them through the resort and up to the second floor. I should note we had to go into the backroom to find our own luggage too since the staff was super helpful [insert sarcasm]! The room was waaay below average. It looked like something from a cheap saudi prince mansion from the 90s, only the walls were bare, the furniture cheap and the bathroom... oh gawd the smell of bleach was horrible! It was old, with grey stains on the tiled floors and I used that shower out of desperation only! The whole resort screams wannabe luxury in the lobby and reception and stops there. Do not recommend!

On pictures it all looks very cute and next to the beach. Luxury? Maybe 30 years ago..when it was last updated. The whole place is very dated, aircon didn’t work and they had to put it on from reception then couldn’t control it in room. Pool was being redecorated. Tried to order room arrive and called reception who cgave me the number.. to the bar.. who gave me The number to the restaurant.. who gave me the number to reception.. who gave me another number .. then they said they would send a bell boy up with menu… then they called 20 min later to tell Me to look on the website… and then they called to chase me Twice.. food arrived and it wasn’t nt bad.. with an extra 15 euro charge to bring to room.. beach is across the road which is why I booked it as well.. a dirty old street and had to walk to this beach club the hotel gave you free sun Bed and towel and parasol… felt like that hasn’t been updated for 30 years either so didn’t bother.. luckily I was only there for 1 night before moving on to Mangia Brucoli for a work summit.. and this Is paradise here.. like being on a set of white lotus! Won’t be coming back that’s for sure.

I booked triple room and I am happy with the size of the room and beds. However, the food in the hotel is not good. It’s also pricy. It took us some time to find the room because the room number is not listed anywhere so we had to ask the person who work in the hotel. There are no restaurants around that area, which disappointed us, when I booked it from Hotel.com, it says 4 mins walking to the beach, I imagined there would be tourists and restaurants around the area.

We went into the bar to have a drink before our meal: 1. We had to look for the bartender and when we did find him, he told us to wait. 2. We asked for a bowl of snacks that are obviously handed out and the bar tender told us he would serve them later. What? 3. Waiters were very rude in the restaurants and rushed us along when all we wanted was to have a nice relaxing meal. 4. Room was very clean and the staff at check in were very nice, polite and helpful.
