We went into the bar to have a drink before our meal: 1. We had to look for the bartender and when we did find him, he told us to wait. 2. We asked for a bowl of snacks that are obviously handed out and the bar tender told us he would serve them later. What? 3. Waiters were very rude in the restaurants and rushed us along when all we wanted was to have a nice relaxing meal. 4. Room was very clean and the staff at check in were very nice, polite and helpful.

Hotel is a bit dated. Rooms were cold and temperature could not be controlled in room. WiFi was very weak.

Rent och snyggt i hotellet och trädgården men allt ganska slitet. Hårda sängar. Handdukar byttes varje dag vilket känns väldigt onödigt.

Sauberes Hotel mit freundlichen Mitarbeitern und einem schönen, gepflegten Garten; insgesamt jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die direkte Umgebung weist viel Leerstand auf und fühlt sich abends nicht besonders sicher an. Das Zimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet viel Auswahl, man sollte jedoch nicht zu früh kommen, da noch nicht alles bereitsteht. Negativ fällt das Badezimmer auf: Die Wassertemperatur wechselt etwa alle 30 Sekunden, der Duschkopf hat nur wenig Druck, die Badewanne ist sehr rutschig und nach dem Duschen ist das ganze Bad nass. Das Restaurant bietet ordentliches Essen, die Preise sind dafür jedoch unverhältnismäßig hoch.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Hotel. Kurzer weg zum Flughafen. Ca 12 Min mit dem Auto. Trotzdem kaum Fluglärm wahrnehmbar. Gepflegte Außenanlagen und sauber. Insgesamt gibts optische Kleinigkeiten welche die B Note etwas schmälern aber das fällt kaum ins Gewicht. Durchweg freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Großes umfangreiches Frühstück

Rustic decor is impressive. Gound is outstanding. Facilities a bit dated. Very convenient for airport.

Great room, great property

Maten på restaurangen var dyr men inte bra. Poolen är i dåligt skick.

The bathroom was not as clean as I expected. There was hair in the shower/tub area.

Front desk was not friendly. There was no hot water our entire stay. AC controlled by desk. Restaurant/bar staff friendly and accommodating only plus side. Also location is far from any sort of restaurants/bars. Close to beach but we went during the off season so not super helpful.

Zeer mooi complex, veel groen, een mooi zwembad, kamers zijn netjes maar wel verouderd. Zeer goed restaurant ook heel erg gezellig om te eten in de tuin met Life muziek. Makkelijk is ook dat er altijd vervoer van het hotel aanwezig is.

Great service and guest experience, some areas of hotel were a little dated, didn’t provide coffee/milk replenishment one coffee each over two day. Beach is lovely and nicer vibe than pool which is overcrowded and grass warm.

Overall experience was great. Staff was friendly, professional and all around great. Lots of outdoor areas to hangout and spend time outside. Pool area was nice. Minibar was stocked with good options and the prices are not bad comparing to other hotels I've stayed. It was almost cheaper to drink from the minibar vs. The actual hotel bar. Pool area was nice but maybe in the busy season it could get growded. Each room has Echo device with Alexa, so you can play music or get other information easily. The room i stayed was clean and good but some things were little outdated and rundown, some USB charging ports by the bed was not working, the thermostat screen and buttons were damaged but i was still able to turn down the temperature, i just couldn't see the actual temperature reading. But because the staff was so great and my stay was great, these things did not bother me. TV channels are all in italian, or at least the 100+ channels i scrolled thru, so if you like watching TV during your stay and don't understand the language, i recommend to bring your own movies or tv shows. We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues prevented us from having the experience we expected from a 4-star establishment. Klaus Room: • The sheets were damp, and hot water heatet was not working upon arrival. Bo Room • The toilet door could not be closed; although the reception eventually fixed this, it should not have been an issue in the first place. • The showerhead was not functioning correctly, and the shower cabin was of very poor standard. • Our room was missing a luggage rack, which made the stay less comfortable. Restaurant (Dinner): • Extremely loud music made it impossible to have a proper conversation. • Despite having booked a table in advance, the staff were not prepared for our arrival. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were only given two menus for four people and had to ask for more. • The candle on our table was not lit. • The waiters appeared inattentive and unprofessional, with some walking around with their hands in their pockets. • We had purchased two bottles of wine, but when one of our guests ordered an additional glass of wine, it took 15 minutes to be served. • Overall, the level of service in the restaurant was extremely poor and far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and professional. Summary: Unfortunately disappointing
