The location is fantastic. The room is clean and comfortable for 3 pax. It is not necessary to include breakfast when you book the room as there is a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby. Highly recommended this hotel if you come to Osaka.

Our family of four stayed here from Tuesday to Friday and had an amazing experience. Everything went incredibly smoothly from check-in to check-out. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the location is perfect with tons of nearby stores and conveniences. We would definitely stay here again! Also buffet breakfast, definitely worth it.

About a 12 minute walk from the closest train station, the Citadines hotel in Osaka was beautifully maintained! It kept the charm of the old Takashimaya department store but modernized it for a comfortable and sleek hotel. Our rooms were quite large for Japan and the staff were kind and helpful!

This hotel is a must if you are traveling with young children and a family. We traveled with our 17 month old son and we loved the use of the playroom and the use of the common kitchen eating area. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Ricardo was so friendly and helpful at check in, we really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. Another wonderful thing of the hotel was the location. Walking distance to every thing and having the food court next door and breakfast ( for a small fee) at the hotel was much appreciated. We would hands down recommend this amazing hotel!
