Citadines Namba Osaka

Very clean room and helpful staff.

Amazing location! Very walkable and close to transportation. So much to do in the area. The hotel was clean and had spacious rooms. The gym was decent. There is onsite laundry but you have to set your clothes multiple times which was annoying. The staff was very helpful. Overall great experience and would stay again

This hotel is absolutely for tourist. Because most of the guests who stay here are Non-Japanese, this is probably the modern tourist hotel. All the front desk staffs speak English well enough to understand. Location is very good as everything that we wanted were near—- shopping, dotonbori, and hobby stores like jungle. However, train station is not close. So there is little walk to it. In addition, room is very small for 4 people. Overall, experience is excellent and can’t complain.

I love how the hotel was close to eateries, and stores. the walk to these places were manageable. I like how they provide and help with luggage forwarding, I like the cleanliness of our hotel room and the hotel itself. my husband, kids, and I enjoyed the heated toilet seats, and appreciated it very much.

Location was great. You've got the main anime area in Osaka next door, a nice outdoor market nearby, and can walk to Namba station for a variety of shopping malls. The rooms are the largest I've stayed in, in Japan, and have microwaves, which is a rarity. Would definitely recommend if you want to be able to relax inside your room at the end of the day.

Citadines Namba is a great location for dotonbori, Namba shopping, Karumon markets, Denden town, amerikamura and others. A short ride to the castle or aquarium or USJ. Clean, comfortable and the staff were amazing, helping out with a range of things for us. Highly recommended

Great place overall (location, room, property etc). A couple things we didn’t like though: 1. We found the beds to be way too firm. 2. We didn’t enjoy the breakfast very much. I would stay there again and not do breakfast.

We had an excellent stay. We stayed at multiple hotels during this trip and this was our favorite. The room was quite spacious and well thought out with lots of places to set or hang items. It had everything we needed and was comfortable. We appreciated the water available also. The location was good. The hotel is very nice and well kept, would stay again.

Very spacious and clean. Great location too as it’s close to the central market and the main strip.

Cleanliness, staff, room space, residents lounge and especially the bed comfort were great. The only improvement I would recommend is the number of washers and dryers available. Drycleaning is available, but at a cost. I would stay at a Citadines hotel again.

Super clean rooms. Staff is amazing - ready to help. Breakfast is great (would be great to have fried eggs but i am being picky now😂). Location is suuuper convenient - between 2 train lines. We are super happy with our stay! Thank you!

Our family had an amazing stay at Citadines Osaka Namba, and we can't recommend it enough! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to the Osaka subway system and countless excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops just a short walk away. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding customer service. A very special thank you to Hoang, who went above and beyond during both our check-in and check-out. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality made us feel so welcomed and at home from the moment we arrived. She took the time to make sure everything was perfect for our family, and her warmth left a lasting impression. We would also like to give a special shout out to the beverage manager at the bar in the lobby. He often greeted us with friendly service and exceptional quality of drinks (my favorite was matcha soymilk latte)! Traveling with a child, we especially loved how family-friendly the hotel is. The kids' playroom was a huge hit, and the guest lounge was such a thoughtful space to unwind after a day of sightseeing. Having 24/7 complimentary coffee, water refill stations, and a comfortable place to relax was a wonderful bonus that we appreciated every day. From the fantastic location to the exceptional service and family-friendly amenities, our experience exceeded all expectations. We will absolutely stay here again the next time we're in Osaka. Thank you to the entire team for making our trip so memorable!

Convenient location with lots of shopping nearby. Really liked the laundry facility after traveling for a week. The rooms that we booked were huge with kitchen and separate bedroom.

This was a really great hotel. We were super well situated and could walk to pretty much everything. Just a 5-10 minute walk to some of the best street food and about a 20 minute walk to the super busy river front.
