Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay

The breakfast buffet was awesome. I highly recommend to try. I brought my laptop and the outlet is not compatible to my power cord which I find it unusual. Our bathroom water wasn’t drain too well. However, my check-in was not pleasant. The person who helped me checking in went so fast without making sure I understood. And she was dismissive when I asked her about public bath charge because it was not mentioned Expedia. I booked the hotel two nights through Expedia from U.S. and they lacked transparency about the public bath charge at the time of booking. I had such a high expectation from the hotel based on the review, so it was disappointing how it came out.

The hotel itself is very nice, but the service level was quite poor. The room was not thoroughly cleaned and had a slightly musty smell. Additionally, the staff’s level of skill and attentiveness could be improved.”

Spacious clean room, good breakfast, shuttle bus to Disney and not far from train station. A convenience store on second floor.

Friendly Staff, great buffet (25-30+ dishes, including pastries, salads, etc.), nice onsen. Beds were nice and comfortable. showers always hot. close to all amenities. Shuttle to / from Disney properties is a plus. Would recommend.

Staff members are very nice and easy to communicate. Rooms are clean! While we’re out, Cleaning staff also folded our clothing and tidy up the room. Will definitely book here again!

The shuttle bus to Disneyland and Disneysea is very convenient. The checking in and out process were very smooth. There were a lot of options for the breakfast buffet. They could improve on cleaning the rooms/tidying up the bed though. Overall, we loved our stay!

The mini fridge in the room did not work and there is no microwave there inside the room. I loved the way the beds were set up and I love the way. The bathroom in the shower showers were set up. I think that was really cool and different.

Friendly staff. Room was huge with a good view. Shuttle to Disney was a plus. Walking distance to train station. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of Japanese and Westerm Food. Family Mart in the hotel.

the room is clean ,the amenities were ok,but you need to pay for onsen which is i think is not good for me,

The entire staff was super friendly amenities were amazing. I’m a little bummed. They wouldn’t let me in the unseen because of a small tattoo, but I get it. It was a comfortable bed after long days at Disney.

We had the quadruple room for our family of 4 and it was the perfect size. Shoe driers were a plus after a rainy day at Disney. Family Mart inside the hotel was also perfect! Friendly staff

Super friendly and helpful staff

Average room with old fittings and a small bathtub, average brekkie buffet food on its ground floor restaurant. But what was superb was the view of Mount Fuji on a clear day, from its other 22nd floor buffet restaurant, and the spread there was great. Also v convenient shuttle bus to and from Disney!

We had a lovely stay at Hotel Emion Tokyo Bay. The location is very convenient, especially for visiting Disneyland, and the shuttle bus service made travelling to and from the park easy and stress-free. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and family-friendly. We also really appreciated the Yamato luggage delivery service, which was smooth and reliable. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay — highly recommended for families visiting Disneyland.
