Had an outstanding stay at the Hotel Granvia Osaka. The hotel is exceptional. An outstanding facility with an extremely convenient location in the Osaka train station which makes it easy to get around the area. The staff are outstanding and will bend over backwards to help you. Highly recommend staying here when visiting Osaka.

Hotel is old needs to be updated and renovated. Breakfast is great but the rooms are really old fashioned, that seem old and dirty. Bathroom light terrible, bed linen yellowish as well as the pajamas they leave. The walls are stained, window area needs painting. It's not worth the price, we stayed in Tokyo at a cheaper but cleaner and newer hotel.

The staff is very helpful. My room assigned does not have a safe. Once I let the staff know, they re-assign me to another room with safe. They help us to book taxi, arrange luggage delivery to other city. The location is so convenient , it connects with Osaka Station.

The room was snug (three beds) but it worked perfectly for our needs. Still delighted by the little doorbells each room has! Staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast buffet (we only splurged one morning) was the most extensive and amazing we had in Japan. Wagyu beef carving station, omelet station, extensive Japanese and western dishes. Amazing.

Great location and professional staff. It's nice to have close access to trains, subways and taxis. The staff assisted in locating a close by department store that carries a big selection of hanging scrolls. Great access to numerous shopping options. Staff speaks English very well. Great hotel to stay at while visiting Osaka and connecting to other cities like Kyoto, etc.
