Staff very polite, helpful, and friendly. Good access to Asakusa area and very close to station. Recommend place to stay. Will be back again!

The hotel is strategically located next to Tawaramachi metro station. It only takes 10 minutes to walk to Asakusa station, so it's not difficult to drag your suitcase. The hotel is very comfortable, the heater works well, there is a clean and comfortable public bath. There is also a coin laundry. The staff is very friendly and helpful!

This is our first hotel visiting Tokyo and it didn't disappoint. Although very small, it is very clean and very well-maintained. Sufficient amenities, microwave oven, and laundry available. Seven Eleven on the 1st floor helped a lot. Location quite strategic, close to restaurants and shops in Ueno.

The reception staff provided excellent service. The room was clean and perfectly suited for a solo traveler. The hotel is located near shopping areas, restaurants, and the train station, making transportation very convenient.

It's really nice, strategically located near Ueno Station and the airport train, no transfers required. If I go to Japan, I'll definitely stay here.

Very convenient to travel, connected to both JR and Metro stations. In the room there is a massage chair, very comfortable to sit on. In the bathroom there is a chair to sit on and shower. The room size is okay, not too small to be cramped. There is space to open the luggage. The big bed can sleep 2 people comfortably.

The hotel staff was very friendly, and they were very helpful with check-in and luggage storage (I had my suitcase sent from my previous hotel to this one). Complimentary coffee, hot chocolate, latte, and mineral water refills ensure guests don't have to leave the hotel whenever they need them. The location is close to the train station, making it easy to get around. The room was just the right size for us with two children, and there was still plenty of room to open our suitcases. We highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Asakusa.

The hotel is very close to the Ginza Metro line station, right next to a convenience store. Sensoji Temple and the shopping area are within walking distance. The hotel is clean and tidy. Check-in and check-out are very convenient. Housekeeping is done regularly. The staff are very friendly. Laundry and ice are available on the third floor.

The location is very strategic, very close to Ueno Station. The room is clean, the amenities are complete, and what I really liked was the ability to store my luggage, so I could comfortably explore Tokyo before returning home without having to carry my luggage.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The best part is the service despite the small room and bathroom size. They provide you clean and new amenities every day without asking. One day one new towel and yukata. Area is clean and busy. Near to coffee shops and other authentic Japanese shops.
