The surrounding area has many food options, such as Abura Soba, Tendon Tenya, Ootoya, Isomaru Suisan, Jojoen Yakiniku, etc. There are also many convenience stores and drug stores. The rooms are standard, small, suitable for solo travelers, with windows that can be opened 👍🏻. There is a coin laundry facility. Simple breakfast is served at the Excelsior Cafe next door. Overall, the hotel is in a very good location and good value for money.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The room is quite spacious, clean, and the beds are comfy. They provide daily cleaning. There's also complimentary snacks in the afternoons. The location is also very strategic: convenient stores, stations, restaurants, pharmacies, and train station are just less than 5 minutes walk away. I would recommend this to anyone looking comfortable accommodation near the city center

Great location, close to trains stations, close to Lawson, family mart only 1 minute away, close to Starbucks and restaurants nearby. The hotel is so clean, easy to request taxi 🚕 or Urber —friendly staff 🇺🇸.

Excellent location very close to Akasaka-Mitsuke subway station. Room was comfortable although a/c was a bit noisy. Amenities were very minimal, basically toothbrush and pjs. Breakfast was convenient although a bit small.

The area is full of local business men during dinner hours. Close to a metro station so getting around was simple. The hotel itself was decent. They had evening snack offers. The hotel also offers a luggage delivery service, which I recommend for the airport. Pricing is actually competitive and priced well. The room itself was decently sized and the only complaint I would have is that the bathroom didn’t have a fan and it seemed a little older. I could see the dust on the toilet paper dispenser.

I booked 2 same rooms, and was given 2 different rooms... i questioned why they are different, no explanation, they just gave me a new room key, doors ti room were very heavy, cleaners didnt take the rubbish left near bins? No explanation or note for us to put elsewhere, breakfast was part of the booking, but was basic and tasteless, so we opted for breakfast eleswhere, coffee was delish, and local area had a huge array of food options , with train station local, i wouldnt stay here again.
