We had a wonderful time staying here. The room is quite spacious, clean, and the beds are comfy. They provide daily cleaning. There's also complimentary snacks in the afternoons. The location is also very strategic: convenient stores, stations, restaurants, pharmacies, and train station are just less than 5 minutes walk away. I would recommend this to anyone looking comfortable accommodation near the city center

The hotel was nice and reception and check out was easy. The bed mattress was a bit hard, fits better places like Sparta:-) The shower was strange and I ended up taking shower in very warm water. I wasn’t sure what to expect as it was my first Japan trip but this hotel with its English speaking staff was amazing. I will be booking here again next year. Not only was the hotel amazing but it’s so close to the transit hubs and amazing food.

First time visiting Japan so I wasn’t sure the best areas to stay in. But staying here was great hotel was bigger then most hotels we later stayed in the building was modern inside and out as well as very clean feeling. Best of all, transportation the subway was maybe a 2 minute walk from the hotel making it super easy to go anywhere on the loop line. Plus there was tons of restaurants of all kinds in the neighborhood that got lively at night time ! Always felt safe and always something to do within the hotel area. The hotel staff were also very kind and understood English which was very helpful !

Amazing location! Within 3-5 subway stops to Shibuya and Shinjuku centres. 1 min walk to the subway station from the hotel. The condition of the hotel is not bad, a bit small for the rooms but has everything you need. The staff were incredible and super helpful throughout our week long stay. I would stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo and absolutely recommend it as long as the smaller space doesn’t deter people.

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. Staff and location was great. Had a western style breakfast at the hotel as part of my package. Lots of options to eat within 30 seconds of existing hotel. Metro is a few minutes away. Neighborhood has lots to offer. Only con was my room had zero view. It had a film on it so limited natural light. Bathroom is tight but otherwise a very comfortable stay. CNN only English channel.

Hotel itself was ok. But booked the hotel because of the perks I was supposed to receive with my Expedia status. However when mentioned upon check in, I was informed that the hotel has no agreement/contract with Expedia. And that's basically the only reason I selected this hotel, I would have otherwise not selected it.

Yes the rooms were on the small side, but it was absolutely fine for 2 people.
Beds were really comfy and fairly big for the size of the room!
Cleaning staff were great and also reception!
Great touch of afternoon cookies and pastries to have for free and also 24hr coffee/tea facilities.
Literally a 2 minute walk to a metro line which has 5 lines going to/from it, making travel across the city very convenient.
Lots of dining options around the hotel and also a lot of combini stores which all have ATMs if needed.
Would 100% return for our next trip!!!

Overall, a very good stay with B Akasaka-Mitsuke. The bed was very comfortable, the shower water pressure good, and amenities appreciated. It's very close to a local train station which makes getting around convenient, and plenty of restaurants and convenient stores in close proximity. It would have been nice to have some additional outlets (there were only two and one was in a far corner) and we would have liked a window with a bit more nature light (the window was a thick, textured, frosted glass so not a ton of natural light was let in). The staff was very nice and were able to answer what few questions we had. As with the other hotels we've stayed at in Japan, I would have liked coffee in the room [instead of having to go downstairs for it] but that's a mild inconvenience. I'd happily recommend the hotel to others.

Basic hotel - centrally located near small shopping street and within 3-minute walk of 3 metro stations. So very practical so explore the city. The akasaka mitsuke station also has escalators so easy for
Luggage and short walks from the exit. Easy commection to narita skyliner with one stop in Ueno. Rooms are small, and a bit outdated. Breakfast at a downstairs cafe is menu- based but pretty good.
