Great location. Room ia very clean and accommodate up to 6 people. Staff are very friendly.

Family with 2 teens. We had a wonderful stay and would stay there again.

The room was just okay compared to some other hotels we stayed in during our trip. Has more of a hostel type feel to it. It was definitely a bonus to have 5 beds in our room so that we only needed to book one room, but it was a bit squishy. Check in is done digitally right at check in time. Hotel staff was extremely helpful to us as they shipped a package to our next hotel for us of a stuffed animal that we had accidentally left behind. Extremely thankful for that!

Great location at Namba. Close to Dontobori ,restaurants and shopping. Hotel great for families with awesome bunk beds.

Beautiful

Location was good for catching subway and walking to Dontanori area for vibrant activities and food. The hotel is on the main strip so lots if cars and motorcycles reving engines at night. If you are a light sleeper this makes for late night's. Pillows were very firm and the beads which is common in Japan but these were really full and firm. Front desk staff is sitting behind a door-curtain which is a bit odd but were helpful when we buzzed them. You need to pay for locker storage which most hotels do for free but giving front staff isnt sitting out front this makes sense. Place was clean and for the money good value just we struggled getting good night sleep from road noise and pillows were not for us

The property is conveniently located and is close to major attractions, food stores, and train stations. The room is spacious and the amenities offered were great, including the free laundry. The self check-in and self check-out process was also smooth and easy.

Although small, the room was nice and had all amenities needed. The mattress was a little hard and the pillow was super uncomfortable (it felt like a bean bag). The washing machine is free (with detergent) but the dryer cost 100 yen per 30 mins. I i risky put my clothes in for 60 minutes but they came out very wet. One of the staff was nice enough o give me 300 yen to put them in for 90 more minutes. Overall, I put my clothes in for 150 minute and they were still not dry. I recommend using a coin laundry dryer instead. The staff were super nice and the location was very convenient. However, the drinks station (including water) was only open from 3pm to 10pm. We would get thirsty and have no way to refill our water bottles. Overall, it’s a nice accommodation given the location and price.

This hotel is in a great location, we found out it was just a short 8 minute walk to the popular areas. Very clean and we felt safe at all times. The downside there is a step up to the bathroom and the beds are rock solid with these little pebbles in the pillows. It is bunk bed set up so if you have mobility issues ask for a handicap room. They have happy hour with coffee, hot chocolate and other drinks we found that a nice touch and we hung out in the lobby a lot that was cool to get a break while everyone in your group gets ready for the day.

Room was relatively clean and very tight for a family's luggage. Only 3 washing machines were available and they are often occupied. Check-in staff and free drinks are only available from 3 PM to 11 PM as well.

Very nice place. Great location to go to Dotonbori River. Excellent food options nearby, went to Bibi Cafe Bar a few doors down, excellent breakfast.

Great location to namba station, place was very clean, the standard qaud room worked perfectly for family of 4

I do not recommend staying at this hotel for multiple reasons. 1) The pillows are horrible. They are full of hard styrofoam beads. Apparently it is a style of pillow in Japan, but it should not be the only option. It was one of several reasons we couldn’t sleep. 2) Thin walls. You could hear people talking and making noise the whole night. 3) I was taking a shower, got all soaped up, and the water stopped. Turns out it was just the hot water. I had to rinse off with cold water. Unacceptable. 4) Staff were no where to be found. I eventually had to find them by peeking through a weird curtain. Definitely not what I expect when booking a “Hotel”.

Nice location, good price and nearby restaurants

A lovely modern hotel (QR code checkin) with a much-needed lobby eating area and free drinks after 2pm. The four bunk family room was compact but fully functional with mini fridge and small burner. The shower room and bidet were wonderful. Close to temple and a million 7-11 and restaurant options. Walkable and near trains. We didn’t realize free laundry too until too late. Leave a review day one and they’ll give you a late checkout. A great stay with delicious wagyu beef places nearby.

This hotel was in a good location, a short safe walk to Namba area. The staff were helpful in shipping a forgotten item to our next hotel. The beds and pillows were much much firmer than our preference. Nice and clean hotel. Appreciated the laundry facilities.
