The St. Regis is one of the most memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. Their luxurious amenities and hospitality are truly fascinating. The Manor Restaurant serves high-quality meals with exceptional hospitality, starting from the moment you step up to the restaurant desk 😍. We were served by Mrs. Kim and Kaye, who made our brunch feel incredibly comfortable. What really stood out was when they remembered my name - it meant so much to me to receive service with such a personal touch 😁

We had a pleasant stay at The St. Regis. Although the check-in process took longer than expected and our room was not ready immediately, the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff made a significant difference to our overall experience. Every member of the team we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist helped us feel relaxed and well taken care of, even while waiting for our room. Because of their excellent service and positive energy, we did not feel frustrated at all. Overall, we truly appreciated the high standard of service and the wonderful attitude of the staff across all departments. This level of hospitality left a very good impression on us, and we would be happy to return and recommend The St. Regis to others.

The best hotel! Customer service is exceptional! All the staff are brilliant and extremely tentative. The room is amazing, very spacious and provides more than you need. Concierge service is brilliant you can what’s app them anytime with questions. Super helpful and the breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from and serve till 1pm. Very often we sleep in and had brunch. Will definitely stay again. Love it here

It is too bad that the system only gave out 5 stars. I would give rate it six stars for this stay if I can. The room was clean. You can immediately feel the warm welcome from the staff the moment you check-in. The butler services were excellent to say the least. The only small glitch would be if the windows were with less water stain. Other than that, everything was better than perfect. Well done.
