St. Regis Macao

Our stay at the St. Regis in Macau was spectacular. The attention to detail and the awesome staff from the moment we walked in was great. The location is very convenient for shopping or walking around. You can easily get transportation in the front to anywhere in Macau. The breakfast at The Manor had a wide variety of foods to choose from and it was delicious. We would love to return and stay at the St. Regis again.

Congratulations on your fine team of professional staff. Alan at check-in fulfilled our last minute request. Bulter Wen shows professionalism, evening turn-down staff Kevin was courteous. Our experience with your hotel was top notch.

The hotep was very good and the staff was very professional. Big shout-out to Chris at the front desk. He was very helpful and even send our bags to the room when we decided to spend time in the looby.

The staff was beyond amazing. Friendly, helpful. Absolutely great. Room was amazing, view was good. Really enjoyed our stay here.

Clean, spacious and quiet room. All staff very friendly and helpful, in particular Joy from coincerge who gave great recommendations on places to visit and dine at. Buffet breakfast was delicious. Wide range of shops nearby. Plenty of eating places. Close to buses and the MTR.

The St Regis always upholds a high standard of excellence and this particular property takes it to the next level. A remarkable stay at a memorable hotel.

Hotel room is wonderful. Breakfast costs are too expensive as an add on.

Having traveled extensively around the world, I can confidently say that this Hotel Brand is genuinely exceptional. I will consider/prioritize St Regis Hotels for any of my future and upcoming travel plans. I would personally like to thank Mr. Wayne Douglas for being an awesome human being and taking a bit of his time to simply have a short conversation during our check-in.

Love the breakfast. Excellent customer service the minute you walk in. They offer me water while I was standing in line waiting to check in. Top notch service.

We had a pleasant stay at The St. Regis. Although the check-in process took longer than expected and our room was not ready immediately, the professionalism and warm hospitality of the staff made a significant difference to our overall experience. Every member of the team we encountered was courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their friendly attitude and willingness to assist helped us feel relaxed and well taken care of, even while waiting for our room. Because of their excellent service and positive energy, we did not feel frustrated at all. Overall, we truly appreciated the high standard of service and the wonderful attitude of the staff across all departments. This level of hospitality left a very good impression on us, and we would be happy to return and recommend The St. Regis to others.

Front desk service was excellent - my daughters had one of the most special check in experience with Gigi whom even gave little teddy bears to them :)

There is no doubt about the room and the amenties.But what differentiates a hotel is the service. The staff is very attentive and caring, think one step ahead of what a customer needs. The best hotel! Customer service is exceptional! All the staff are brilliant and extremely tentative. The room is amazing, very spacious and provides more than you need. Concierge service is brilliant you can what’s app them anytime with questions. Super helpful and the breakfast is amazing, so much to choose from and serve till 1pm. Very often we sleep in and had brunch. Will definitely stay again. Love it here

Excellent staff . Hotel is a bit dated than other St Regis I have stayed , but the location is central and convenient.
