The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

Hotel yang sangat dekat dengan Kuala Lumpur sentral, sekitar hotel pun banyak yang jual makanan dan banyak mini market. Harga hotel nya sangat murah tetapi hotelnya cukup nyaman. Senang nginep di Nu Hotel 👍.

Memuaskan, lokasi strategis dekat dengan KL Sentral. Kamar hotel bersih dan nyaman. Kamar dibersihkan setiap hari, handuk diganti setiap hari. Di bawahnya banyak kedai makanan yang enak dan murah juga. Saya akan menginap di sini apabila saya ke Kuala Lumpur lagi.

nice design room, not so big but no so small room, enough for 2 adults, 1 child, and 1 baby. sadly I am given window room but no view outside. clean. big bed (king size). there's lift, shampoo, soap, shower cap, sanitary bag, hair dryer. no toothbrush and toothpaste. we got 2 free bottles of mineral water but no dispenser for free refill. easy check in although at 3am. next to abc bistro (open 24hrs), 7-eleven, 3min to nu sentral mall to go to kl sentral, monorail station is beside the hotel. and we can keep our luggage after check out.

Actually, all is good, the location is awesome. One thing that bothers me is the headboard of the bed frame. It was using velvety cloth, there is an unpleasant smell on it, and it looks dirty as well. I really hope the hotel can be more attentive to it.

Yesterday, I took a standard room, but I was very grateful to be given one with a window. The bed was spacious. The air conditioning worked well, the toilet was clean, and the electric kettle worked perfectly. Everything was comfortable for the price.

Would be good if could provide bath gel mounted in shower rather than give mini bottles; had to trouble housekeeping for more. Also provide a shelf in shower area; had to put my personal toiletries on floor, not hygienic.

The staff, the room, the location, 3 major points are all good. Also, the room price is reasonable enough. The check-in and check-out process is also smooth. I really appreciate the staff who assisted me when I checked in, I forgot her name. I came November 8 around 5:30 PM, the staff was pretty, slim figure, not wearing glasses or mask.

Strategic location as it is just a few meters away from Monorail station and KL Sentral. Street foods especially the mamak are aplenty.

It nears KL sentral , receptionist is friendly, the room is neat, tidy, clean. Aircon works well, hot water flows very well, TV is available but still need plug adapter. Kiblat guide is available. Soap annd sampoo are available, dont forget bring your toothbrush and toothpaste. Near 24hours restaurant.. near mosque

Easy access to KL Sentral and NU Sentral Mall... Enjoyable culinary shopping. The hotel is clean and comfortable. I'll be back again. I checked in at 10 p.m. and it was still fine and safe.

The room is not clean enough in my opinion (especially under the bed, it was filthy. I won't mind if it was only dust, but there were snack packaging, hair ties, tissues. Like it wasn't cleaned for a really long time. If you're wondering, my lipstick rolled under there). Other than that, it was okay. Not soundproof enough, but it was expexted for a 2 star hotel.
