Il y’avait une lumiere brulée. Et il manque des serviettes pour le visage. Ils ont donné seulement 2 grandes serviettes et aucune serviette pour visage.

Always great experience staying in that hotel

This was my first time staying at Ibis. I didn’t eat breakfast or any meals. I have to tell you, the staff are super nice. Imane and Yousor (spelling) are both superb, super nice and very helpful. They made my stay delightful and so fantastic. I stayed at Ibis due to the proximity of Al Boraq on my way to Tangier. I highly recommend Ibis.

Very professional and cleanness

The room was clean and adequate, we had very limited interaction with the staff but they were cheerful and helpful. The property was clean and safe and quiet even though our room was closest to the elevator.

Highly recommend.

Excellent location. Extensive hot breakfast buffet. Heated pool. Pool table.

Had basic needs met, breakfast was very basic but not terrible. Room bed frame is starting to break, could be dangerous. No shower floor towel provided, only one hand towel and two body towels.

Pleaseant stay. Room was clean and spacious. Helpful front desk staff.

My check in was smooth, easy and early which I really appreciated as my train arrived early. The location is the best part right across from the train station- for those catching the train the very next day- for that reason for me it was perfect. Shortly after dropping of my bags, getting freshened up, I headed out to my tour to return around 515pm. I met the person at the front desk and inquired about the restaurant I read about at the hotel which offered said I could enjoy international cuisine at La Table restaurant. He first said it opens at 7pm- no problem I understood it was Ramadan- no issue- then said it was Moroccan I was a bit confused- also I accepted it- he confirmed it was not a buffet but also order off menu - a la carte. Great! I asked if I needed reservations- he said no- I said okay will be back down at dinner time then. I come downstairs and I am told by the lady- first I am not on the list- what list?! Second- it's buffet only! What do you mean buffet only! I was told otherwise! I waited 2 hours to eat- I could have gone out to some place and eaten! I was starving! When I go checkout what they have 95% of buffet is finish or old I should say because they were 2 people there so no one could eat all that in 15 mins past 7pm! I was so angry! I had to pay 200dihrams for this! For potatoes and piece of chicken! On top of that the AC didn't work, the phone wouldn't call the service, wifi didn't work it's a free pass for 24 hours couldn't get work done at all!

I have stayed at IBIS Hotels all over the world. This is as good as any. Modern, clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. This hotel is very convenient as it is located at a transport hub and the main railway stations with direct service to the international airport. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a 15 minute walk to a large Carrefour store. My only criticism is that there is time-consuming paperwork that must be completed upon check-in. This would be better done online at the time of the reservation.
