The amount of smokers and how close they are to the front door is disgusting. When going in or out it is impossible to not breathe smoke. This is very dirty, inconsiderate of others and unprofessional.

Like it very much. Appreciate for the early check-in, help us to save a lot of time so we could explore the city with no hassle.

Overall and amazing place with a very different orientation. The living areas were very nice and outside the hotel room. The in room high tech features controlled by a small ipad was also very cool. Things that could be better. The dinner was fine, but more choices would be better. The free water (still or sparkling) was a nice touch. The bed was large, a king I think. But up against the wall on 3 sides. So the person taking the inside side of the bed had to crawl over the other person in the bed to get to their side...not ideal. Nice large bed though.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of the airport. There are signs in the airport pointing to the hotel and you can take one of the trolleys with your luggage both to the hotel and back. As a result, no need to wait for a shuttle - you can just go when you wish. The rooms are small but are clean and have all the essentials. The TV, lights, blinds etc are controlled by a tablet so if you hate all things technology, this isn't the hotel for you. Since we are both tech savvy, we particularly enjoyed that aspect of the hotel. Not enough time to enjoy the other services of the hotel due to flight times, but we have stayed in other CitizenM hotels and found them to have everything we needed. If I were travelling as a solo female, I would feel very safe and comfortable at a CitizenM hotel.

Very utilitarian room that was quite amusing. However, it worked! Buffet breakfast filled the hole! Fast, efficient service. Relatively inexpensive. 5 minute walk to terminal centre. Not easy to find! They need better in terminal signage.

Clean practical airport hotel.

The fact that the hotel was so near to the airport as well as the main transportation linkd was a major bonus for me. The staff were extremely helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The room was certainly unique and close to the airport. My room was designed for one person as I couples might find it uncomfortable in several ways. I’m not a fan of the open plan toilet and shower for reasons that need no explanation. Arriving at 10pm to find that no food or drinks were available due to renovation work should have been highlighted when the booking was made!

This was my first stay at this hotel, and I came away very impressed. Before arriving, I wasn't sure how I would feel about the open-plan room design, with the shower and toilet integrated into the room itself, but it was actually a unique experience and worked much better than I expected. The room was modern, clean, and packed with useful technology. The in-room tablet was a great feature, allowing you to control the lighting, set different moods, and choose wake-up sounds. The bed was also exceptionally large and very comfortable, making for a great night's sleep. I stayed on one of the higher floors and was lucky enough to have a fantastic view of the runway, which added to the overall experience. The only minor downside was that the ironing facilities weren't ideal. The iron available wasn't working during my stay, which was a little frustrating. Aside from that, I couldn't really fault the hotel. One of the biggest advantages is the location. It's within easy walking distance of the airport and very clearly signposted, making it perfect for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Overall, I had a great experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommended

Everything is great here!

Perfect place to stay near the airport. It’s totally designed to make your stay easy, comfortable and reasonably priced. It’s nothing like your average airport hotel. Nice bar and amenities in the foyer. Self checkin and out. The rooms are small, clean and comfortable with amazing design of bathroom facilities. Very cool. Highly recommend. 300m walk to airport.
