Hotel RH Boutique Aruba

The staff was very nice and helpful when we were looking for recommendations. It was a nice a quiet place. The garden was beautiful.

While RH Boutique Hotel has potential, my arrival was unfortunately quite frustrating. Upon check-in, I found the entrance inaccessible. I rang the doorbell repeatedly, but no one answered. After waiting outside for some time, I actually had to call a colleague in Curacao, who then called the hotel’s landline to get someone to come to the door. It wasn't the "welcome" I was expecting after a long day of travel. The property itself is well-maintained and has a nice boutique aesthetic. Once inside, the staff I interacted with were generally pleasant. Suggestions for Improvement:** The check-in process needs a serious reliability boost—guests shouldn't need international assistance just to get through the front door! Additionally, the experience felt a bit "dry." Adding some soft touches, such as a complimentary welcome coffee or a bottle of water upon arrival, would go a long way in making guests feel valued and at home.

Room are clean and has everything what you need, eve to coock there. Kindly staff, nice breakfast and clean kitchen. Price value is a fair option.

The staff was great, the apartment was spacious and accommodated my family of six (2 adults, 4 children) well. The property is clean and quiet. If visiting and want to explore the island, a rental car would probably best.

Great experience, comfortable bedding and room experience, friendly staff,, great breakfast spot rite on the property. The only downside would be the hot tub does not heat up and the water to the shower did not get hot, not having a hot shower when there is so much sun wasn’t so bad though. The property is very well maintained for cleanliness. Housekeeping does a terrific job. They gave us some free Aruba aloe sun block which really came in handy. The parking is secure and there is security on the property 24/7. Tucked away in a cute quiet neighborhood. The outdoor patio is beautiful to enjoy a coffee in the morning! Great coffee BTW. Pool and sauna available, you have to hear the sauna up in advance if you want to use it. The hotel is also in a great location! Palm beach close by and all the main shopping is only 5mins away driving. Would return in the future.

Left very early every day

The room was clean and spacious. The coffee shop was fantastic!!! What an amazing space, and the nicest lady waited on us for lunch, as well as cooked our food! The staff was most helpful!

Wonderful stay, bigger space than pictures posted online. Very well maintained. Had ac issue which was fixed right away. Kitchen had pristine appliances. Booked with two friends, so spacious. Living room sliding doors opens out into pool so convenient. We loved it.

Quaint, modern and very clean hotel. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Location was a little isolated so you have to take a cab everywhere, but a lovely spot to relax.

The pool was clean and overall was enjoyable

Very tranquil and inviting atmosphere away from noisy tourism. Beautiful gardens. Many nice sitting areas. Quiet residential street. Car needed, highly recommend Nexus at airport Hyatt. No other form of transportation except for taxi which is expensive ($30-35 to airport). Some tours offer pick up and drop off. Supermarket, gas station and Aloe Factory 5 min near. Comfortable suite with kitchen. They provide beach towels, ice cooler, ice, beach chairs. Cozy bbq area, make a reservation. Staff beautiful people, helpful and attend to guests’ needs. Great water pressure and AC in suites. Very clean, modern and safe property. Private gated parking. Loved our stay.

The room was exactly as expected. The location was central to most things we needed. The staff was all amazing, Rosaline was with us everyday of our 12 day stay and was very accommodating! We will definitely be booking here again!

Staff was great and very accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, however, no couch to sit on and just one barrel chair. Kitchen and bathroom were large.

We had a great stay at RH Boutique Hotel Aruba. The hotel is super cute, modern, and very well kept, with a boutique feel that immediately makes you feel comfortable. One of the biggest highlights is the location. It’s very centrally located in Oranjestad, making it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and explore the area, while still being quiet enough to relax. Having a rental car made it even easier to get around the island from here. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and the overall atmosphere felt relaxed and welcoming. The pool area is also a nice bonus, perfect for cooling off after a day out. If you’re looking for a stylish, centrally located boutique hotel in Aruba that feels easy and uncomplicated, RH Boutique Hotel is a great choice. I would definitely stay here again.

The room is very clean. Our vehicle was safe, it was inside the compound. It is aways from all the noise. I slept very well.

A few things, First we noticed that our room door was not locking but they explained that they had changed the locks and there was a malfunction so they moved us to another room which was fine. Then, I had accidentally made a small burn on the blanket when ironing as I didn’t know you had to request an ironing board if you needed one (they do not provide them in the rooms), so I made them aware and they charged my card to replace the blanket, also fine. After we left the hotel they sent me a message accusing me of damaging their iron. I explained that the burn on the blanket was super small and there was no need for me to damage the iron to get it off. I simply pulled it off. They sent me a picture of a scratched up iron, which is exactly what the iron looked like before we got there. I explained that the damage was there before I used it and that I wouldn’t lie about damaging the iron as I was very quick to inform them about the blanket. They went ahead to charge my card again for the iron and completely ignored me. It’s important to note that upon arriving, they insisted on writing my credit card information down on a sheet of paper (this is their policy to prevent people from disputing transactions but is a serious security risk in my opinion). Anyways I would not recommend and will not be returning as I did not appreciate how they handled this. Overall the rooms are fine, it’s more of an Airbnb than a hotel as you have a mini apartment.
