Very helpful staff, very well located, great price/value ratio.

Excellent location, close to transportation and restaurants. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Water pressure, excellent, however, beds were too firm for my liking

Loved the stay!

Nice and clean hotel with Great breakfast

Nice staff. Great view and location. Good bed. Only the stairs in the entrance were a bit of a problem for luggage. Although they have a small lift for that, it was not really convenient to use.

I usually rate hotels on a couple of key things: bed, comfort, water pressure, hotel location, and overall service. I have to say these guys did well on all points except bed comfort - sadly the bed was way too firm for my back. But otherwise these guys earned a 5-star rating from us.

Wonderful Hotel. The staff were professional and helpful. The design of the hotel was really nice. Breakfast was outstanding. Great location, right in the middle of everything. I would definatly stay there again, and have already recommended it to friends.

Nice place

The hotel staff were all very friendly and accommodating! The location was amazing, we were close to the main sightseeing areas (key if you’re a first time visitor). The hotel itself was very cute and chic, the rooms were comfy and had everything we needed.

Clean room, nice and quiet. Dining room a bit space and a bit confusing. Coffee should be free! Coffee maker in the room doesn’t work and no coffee creamer.

The room was clean and the hotel smelled nice, good atmosphere but the water and snacks area was all the way at the end, the staff wasn’t welcoming nor inviting. The staff, in particular Juan was the only nuisance. He spoke to us in a condescending way, gaslight me when I spoke to him about our room AC issue and always had a snarky comment to make. Seeing him and having to deal with him was exhausting. He’d act like he’s being accommodating or helpful but is in fact very much not. We’ve had the misfortune of dealing with him on several occasion's and can confidently advise you to steer away from him at reception. The rest of the reception and housekeeping were a delight.

Location, cleanliness and size of room

Nice hotel but with a few issues that should be easily resolved and werent. Firstly it was in an extremely noisy position and had street noise all night with people in local bars screaming and shouting until about 4am both nights. Loud cars and motorbikes, bins banging and people screaming from bars until very late. The insulation on the windows is very average so it kept me up both nights which was not great visiting a lovely city being tired walking around. The room temperature controls can only be changed by scanning a QR code which goes to an app which doesn't work. I dont understand why hotels make the simple so complex. Just make these simple manual sliders please. We tried the hotel restaurant one night. Apart from being completely empty, and had the worst luke warm, tasteless, frozen pizza Ive had for many years. It also took 30 minutes to heat up when there were literally no other customers in the restaurant. I know it was a busy weekend but I stayed in most expensive and smallest room Ive ever stayed in of any hotel. Simple things didnt work. The shower gel didnt dispense and the shower head didnt stay in the right positionand couldnt be locked in position so had to be held all the way through. These are simple fixes that the hotel should be able to get right consistently. The position is pretty good, but this isnt a four star hotel in my view. More like two or three. Staff were lovely though but Im not sure I would stay here again.

Wonderful stay, conveniently located close to the hub of everything. Great view of the canal. All Staff were very sweet and friendly. Buffet Breakfast was very good and had a very good spread. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and in Amsterdam

I felt like at home away from home. Location is very central and all the main attractions close by. I would highly recommend it. The breakfast was delicious 😋
