We had a great time staying in Wyndham Costa Del Sol. It was our first time to visit Cuzco. The staff were all so nice and friendly. Their buffet breakfast is the best. A lot of choices and you can even order an omelette and fresh squeeze orange juice. We were taken good care of Edwin for our breakfast each day. Richard was also helpful on welcoming us and showing us where to dine and shop. The location is very accessible to city center. Mostly walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Must stay when visiting Cusco, Peru.

lo único rescatable es la ubicación, todo lo demás la verdad es lamentable , las habitaciones viejas , calefacción ruidosa. televisión vieja. pero el colchón de la cama y roa de cama estoy seguro debe ser el mismo de hace 10 o más años, del desayuno ni hablar , incomible, pobre variedad, pan seco de días, igual creemos los guisados están recalentados , la verdad no somos exigentes. pero nos sorprendió lo mal que estaba el hotel, lamentable ..... esperábamos más .

The staff were exceptionally professional and courteous, going above and beyond my expectations. The rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds, and the hotel was wonderfully quiet, making for a relaxing stay. The food was beautifully presented and tasted excellent.
