Coast Boracay

Positives: the location is wonderful. The beach service of towels, mats, and chairs is superb and quite personal to have the staff make a spot for you, bring you water, & will bring you towels as you get out of the water. This is the same for the pool areas. I loved the complimentary ice cream and popcorn each day. They do a nightly turndown service and add a treat each night. Those treats are delightful and delicious! The staff are very helpful and attentive. The security is amazing and always has someone on staff. I loved that there was a dedicated place for wet items in the room. There’s also a laundry mat right around the corner that is super affordable and quick. I enjoyed the souvenirs of the photo they display upon your arrival into the room and the photo they give you to take home upon checkout. The boat transfer from the airport is included and it’s seamless! Cons: the breakfast could be way better. The bathroom grout could be cleaned better and needs some love. Sometimes the sewer smell happens in the bathroom and the water pressure could be improved. The room floors could be cleaned a little bit better but they give you a tote and flip flops which is nice. I think for the price there should be robes. My ac did leak but it was promptly fixed! Overall a pleasant stay, a few improvements could be made to remain competitive for the price.

Staff are extremely helpful and they are always very responsive. Breakfast was top notch too.

Our stay at Coast Boracay was outstanding from start to finish. From the moment we arrived at Caticlan Airport, we didn’t have to lift a finger. The team seamlessly handled everything, including private van transfers and speedboat transportation to and from the resort, making the journey completely stress-free. Throughout our stay, the staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Their exceptional hospitality, combined with the beautiful beachfront location, made this a vacation we’ll never forget.

The experience my & i had with this hotel is extraordinary. As someone who it's first time in the island of boracay? This hotel made my stay even more unforgettable & amazing, the people that adds so much joy and memories, the treatments of all crew is absolutely very welcoming from coast to coast. My partner and I is so satisfied from the room to foods. I can't name y'all but Jony hehe we will definitely go back for more.

This beachfront hotel is quiet at night, even though it’s close to the party scene. The staff was helpful. Highly recommended.

The buffet breakfast was fabulous with choice of hot, cold and custom eggs. We sat on the beach patio while being attended to by the friendly staff. The pool was usually quiet which we enjoyed. The attendants were always available to serve us food and drinks. The afternoon popcorn and ice cream were wonderful added treats. There were lounge chairs available right in front of the resort too. Although it was in station 2, we didn’t find it crazy like we thought it may be. Probably because we were about a 10 minute walk from D-mall. We are so happy we picked this resort and its location. I researched a lot and am so happy with my choice. Thank you to all the staff.

We had an amazing stay at Coast! The room was spotless, and we were comfortable. We appreciated the welcome treats and goodies, as well as the daily treats that were given to us. The location was great- right at the beach front. Customer service was amazing! We felt right at home and well taken care of. I highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

No elevator for those who have strollers or elderly. All the 1st floor units were booked. Had to climb 3 flights of stairs since there are no elevators. Staff was great but really overpriced for the rooms. Probably won’t be staying here again. View was superb from the restaurant

Transportation from airport to hotel was phenomenal. Crew were helpful from baggage handlers, drivers, front desk, housekeeping and resto staff. Great customer service. Awesome property on the beach. The only negative thing is there is no elevator and we were on the 4th floor

Perfect location and service

Everyone / everything was great! Amenities, staff, surroundings was just right. Food the best! Our last meal was the take away breakfast to catch an early flight. It was so delicious

I have traveled to many countries around the world and usually choose accommodations carefully based on research and reviews. Unfortunately, this property was very misleading. The hotel itself is extremely dated and rustic, and overall cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. I stayed at the property for nine days, but due to the poor conditions, I only drank coffee or cider in the mornings and spent most of my days at nearby hotels that were noticeably cleaner. I’m giving this property three stars solely because the staff was very kind and genuinely tried their best to accommodate me. The room was outdated, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on multiple occasions—at least three times—despite leaving notes, tipping daily, and raising concerns with the manager. There were days when the sink wasn’t wiped down, toothpaste stains were left behind, and the bath mat had visible mold stains. I asked several times for the mat to be replaced; it was only after repeated complaints that it was finally washed or replaced. I was surprised that a mold-stained bath mat was considered acceptable for guests. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. I only ate it once after seeing roaches crawling on the eggs and other food items. After that, I only had coffee in the mornings and chose to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner elsewhere, as the restaurant did not appear clean. First of all, I did not develop a pre-arrival expectations about the whole trip. But I was at least ready to be met by gorgeous beaches, until I was first met by a very courteous person who was tasked to pick me up right after arrival. Since I did not have any prior experience traveling to that area, I followed exactly what they told me to do. Every staff person I met flashed their infectious smiles that quickly erased every suspicion one can hold when totally a stranger in the area. From there on, it was all smooth sailing through getting to the hotel, checking in, etc. and every staff in the hotel that I had contact with was super helpful and very kind and accommodating. It was totally a wonderful experience for me. The hotel was super clean, the food was excellent, my room was actually good for 4 persons. When I come back, I will definitely stay in the same hotel. I wish I stayed longer.

Fantastic location, awesome room and grounds, delicious breakfast buffet and the Ala carte food was delicious, friendly and polite staff that’s always there if you need anything even in the middle of the night, and most of all Bryan and his crew were all above and beyond .
