Coast Boracay

Everyone / everything was great! Amenities, staff, surroundings was just right. Food the best! Our last meal was the take away breakfast to catch an early flight. It was so delicious

I have traveled to many countries around the world and usually choose accommodations carefully based on research and reviews. Unfortunately, this property was very misleading. The hotel itself is extremely dated and rustic, and overall cleanliness was a major issue during my stay. I stayed at the property for nine days, but due to the poor conditions, I only drank coffee or cider in the mornings and spent most of my days at nearby hotels that were noticeably cleaner. I’m giving this property three stars solely because the staff was very kind and genuinely tried their best to accommodate me. The room was outdated, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned on multiple occasions—at least three times—despite leaving notes, tipping daily, and raising concerns with the manager. There were days when the sink wasn’t wiped down, toothpaste stains were left behind, and the bath mat had visible mold stains. I asked several times for the mat to be replaced; it was only after repeated complaints that it was finally washed or replaced. I was surprised that a mold-stained bath mat was considered acceptable for guests. The complimentary breakfast was very limited. I only ate it once after seeing roaches crawling on the eggs and other food items. After that, I only had coffee in the mornings and chose to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner elsewhere, as the restaurant did not appear clean. First of all, I did not develop a pre-arrival expectations about the whole trip. But I was at least ready to be met by gorgeous beaches, until I was first met by a very courteous person who was tasked to pick me up right after arrival. Since I did not have any prior experience traveling to that area, I followed exactly what they told me to do. Every staff person I met flashed their infectious smiles that quickly erased every suspicion one can hold when totally a stranger in the area. From there on, it was all smooth sailing through getting to the hotel, checking in, etc. and every staff in the hotel that I had contact with was super helpful and very kind and accommodating. It was totally a wonderful experience for me. The hotel was super clean, the food was excellent, my room was actually good for 4 persons. When I come back, I will definitely stay in the same hotel. I wish I stayed longer.

Fantastic location, awesome room and grounds, delicious breakfast buffet and the Ala carte food was delicious, friendly and polite staff that’s always there if you need anything even in the middle of the night, and most of all Bryan and his crew were all above and beyond . The staff was simply terrific. They knew us by name, wouldn’t let us touch our bags, brought us towels and water to the beach, were great servers at dinner and for drinks. The rooms were very clean and the resort was right on the beach.

This place has more of a mom and pop feel. Not the big fancy resort. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

It was my third stay at this property and there’s a reason I don’t like to stay anywhere else in Boracay. From the included transportation from the airport to the awesome beach from service when enjoy the beautiful beach and the list goes on! They spoil you from arrival to departure!

The hospitality and customer service are commendable from all departments. Starting from transportation system from the airport to the resort, from the front check in desk, food service, housekeeping, outside maintenance of pool and surrounding areas and much more were commendable. Great location in Station 2. Staff was very helpful and professional. Our room is probably going to be to for a quick reno. Food at the connecting restaurant, Cha Chas was good. Maybe just a tad pricey but it is at a prime location. Breakfast buffet was very good. To and from shuttle and boat service to the airport was seemless. Jony, Ben and Bryan are special mentions. But everyone was excellent! Our second stay here because the staff is awesome!

Staff was awesome. Room was clean and spacious. Been to Boracay multiple times and I don’t think I am going to stay anywhere else going forward. The bar has been set really high.

From the airport to our hotel room, from hotel room to the beachfront… from beachfront back to our room… such an amazing experience because of the superb customer service! Thank you for letting us feel what Boracay is all about by giving us the best service ever! The location has a million dollar view of the beautiful beach and gorgeous sunset. We will definitely come back to Coast Boracay!

This hotel is amazing! Our party of 8 was pampered to the max. The staff are incredible and go the extra mile to make your stay special. We were greeted with cold towels and a drink. The airport transportation was great. Location was unbeatable and right in the center of everything and beachfront. The breakfast buffet was great. After swimming in the ocean, staff greeted us with towels. They brought my kids pool toys when swimming and even played with our kids. They took amazing photos of us that made us look great. We definitely loved our stay and will make this our go to hotel in the future if we ever return to Boracay. Jony and Ben primarily served us and by the end of our stay, they felt like family. Truly amazing hotel and staff!!!

I can't say enough great things about their customer service. From the moment we got off the plane to the time they dropped us off at the airport. I never lifted a finger. It almost feel like we had our personal butlers. They greeted us with towels as soon as we got off the water, brought us water with out being asked. Gave us pillows for our backs when we sat down. Johny and Ben were the ones we had the most contact with. They anticipated all of our needs and specially great with kids. They were great and brought out toys and played with them making sure the kids enjoyed themselves. The kids looked for them every day. They had towels prepared for us to take when we went island hoping. All the staff were great Fe was our server during our breakfast and she was very accommodating. We had welcome drinks and a refreshing towels upon arrival. We had bowl of fruit and and had turn down service every night.
