Four Points by Sheraton Boracay

We stayed here with family for the weekend and we enjoyed it. We were very comfortable and the hotel was extremely clean! It's 5 mins walk from the beach too.

From the moment we arrived at the resort, the staff took care of every aspect for us. They were amazing, courteous and professional. They always kept our room stocked with fresh (filtered) ice and water. If we needed anything, a simple call accomplished it quickly. The room was perfect. The view wasn't great, but the room and the amenities within it were top notch. The only detraction from the stay was the buffet. The food had great variety and the staff were helpful. However, the food was cold, like the things that are not supposed to be cold - eggs, meat etc. We thought it might have been the time that we showed up for breakfast. So, we tried it a second day and went earlier. Same result - cold food. So, we simply went somewhere else for dining. Other than that, I would gladly stay there again.

Room clean staff very friendly,helpful and very polite. Breakfast 1st breakfast excellent I would say but the second breakfast I will say so so. I don't know maybe the selection is just a few that I like. Maybe to others they like it. But the chef cooks very delicious. We ate lunch and dinner in the hotel and all of us like the food. That's why we are always eating in the hotel. Thank you for all the staff it's worth staying.
