There was a lot to like about this hotel but a few things to take issue with. The staff were excellent, the place was spotless and our room was modern and lovely. On the negative side; it is a bit out of the way, the pool tiles are coming off (a lot), the buffet breakfast was only barely warm in the heated dishes (3 days running) and it was fairly inefficient - no pool towels by the pool, only one each in the room, ask for something and it takes a while. It felt like it needed someone to shake it up, but otherwise fine.

Clean rooms and the stuff is very friendly.

Leeah at breakfast was just outstanding for remembering my decaf order every morning. Floor of room constantly feeling sticky & they need to provide more towels in the room. Free drinking water in the room but not enough. Location is not as convenient as you need to walk 20 mins to get a decent meal & 1/2hr downtown. Ok for most cities but Boracay is hot. Free shuttle available to downtown & back but need pre-booking & timing is a bit off. Once, we had to wait for 40 mins.

Awesome breakfast, staff were amazing very helpful and friendly. I would loved to come back on my next trip.Highly recommended! Shout out to Miss Anne for helping me on my booking she went above and beyond! Amazing 😊

Was amaze on there staff until dine in on there restaurant only customer and did not return my ID they wait till i was looking for it crazy checking out same day and told me it wont get lost. The fact i was panicking looking for my ID

The place is great just be prepared to walk up and downhill to the beach. A golf cart/shuttle for visitors that need assistance will be helpful.

The breakfast is very good. Excellent sercive by breakfast staff with a special mention for Jershamae, John and Mary Rose (MM). The doorman, Rolen is the Philippines best! He greets everyone with a friendly, caring smile. Mary at reception is fantastic. Very attentive and friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. Hotel is in a great location.

The rooms are spacious with good standard, what you would expect from a Sheraton hotel. Maintenance can be packing a bit when you notice the occasional wallpaper falling off, etc. Breakfast was really good though, the best I’ve had in the Philippines catering for both asian and western clients. I had an issue i. The first night though, which I’m not at all happy with how it was handled. Upon check in, I realized the aircon in my room was stuck at 13C, so maintenance came in and suggested to turn it off, as it would «Get back to normal temperarures later». That never happened. On top of that, the HVAC system was making very loud noises, even with the aircon turned off, I measured almost 50db, while ideal for sleeping is below 30db (whitenoise is 20db). I complained about it as I wasn’t able to fall asleep and the night staff had no interest in doing much, neither the maintenance staff. I did not sleep the whole first night, and had to wait until 8:10am for the hotel manager to arrive to solve the situation (he was late to work). His solutions were also less than satisfactory. It took him about 2h30 to manage something. He presented me with a room that was smaller than mine, and I said I would not accept anything less than what I paid for - I was exhausted and in the end, he managed to find me a similar room, but he should’ve at least upgraded me after all (which I requested to no avail). I only got a small credit to use at the restaurant. There are no sunbeds at the beach.
