Great room, surroundings beautiful pool amazing

Great room great pool. Bed was a bit to hard.

First, be prepared to hand over 3kphp per night for security deposit and be prepared to wait when you check out for them to check everything in your room. Next, enjoy reading the rule book, and don't even think about having a guest. Do read the rules... you may be surprised! The breakfast is pretty good, dinner is really good. The walk to active part of the beach isn't too far, or you can catch a trike out front just about anytime. The gym is nice, but follow the rules! Basically is you are a good rule follower you will be fine, but if you are a little free thinking, you will be thinking "why did I stay here?"

Staff were very polite, accommodating and professional. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet included. We'll visit again.

The amenities and facilities were well thought of. Very good for families. Although it does not have direct access to the beachfront, I didn’t mind the 4-minute walk to the beach and the location provided more privacy. The staff were very courteous and helpful and seem to enjoy what they do. Breakfast buffet had variety during our 3-day stay, and provided options to the guests. Very clean and I love that the property is pro-sustainability. The pools were very inviting for both adults and kids. Highly recommended.

Had a great stay, the property looked just like what you see in the pictures. The room was clean and spacious, aircon worked the staff was amazing from the check in to the customer service was spectacular met rampart and jetli, thank you again guys!

Great hotel to stay at. The entire hotel staff were extremely helpful and nice. The hotel rooms were amazing and very comfortable. Will definitely go back again.

I don't want to sound like a complainer but I have mixed feelings about my stay at Henann Lagoon Resort. I'll get the negatives out of the way first and say that this is not a quiet resort if you are looking a relaxing holiday away. What I mean is in the evenings there is always a band playing in the restaurant, I'm told it is supposed to stop at 9pm but most nights over my stay it went past that, one night closer to 10pm. Because all the rooms in the resort basically overlook the restaurant you can't escape the noise. Also during our stay some renovations had been taking place which resulted in grinding and tile cutting as we tried to relax around the pool. If you are thinking of staying you might want to clarify if this will be ongoing. The breakfast buffet was just ok, it was quite limited and often got extremely busy in mornings resulting in having to wait sometimes. The area itself is all go, walk outside and you get hit with it. I recommend station 1 if you want a quieter stay. On a positive note their shuttle service from the hotel to Boracay airport is amazing, in highly recommend you take it for a stress free transfer. I didn't use it on the way there and it was a "free for all". Most of the staff where friendly and courteous and the hotel is clean. It probably just wasn't the best pick for the holiday I wanted but would suit others.

This was a really good resort from the staff, to the rooms, and the selection of food for breakfast! 10/10 5 stars from me.

Excellent customer service; hotel overall is 1st rate. Except for lock out prior to check out time of noon, as per hotel policy, the hotel staff and services is first rate!
