Nice and comfort

Smoking area next to kiddie pool. Plus ongoing maintenance,paint was very unpleasant to smell. But overall the place looks very great, friendly staff and good service. Plus breakfast was really lovely. Will come back again

We enjoyed our stay a lot only criticism is please update tvs so we can hook up our phones to it and watch netflix

I was looking forward to my stay at Henann Lagoon Resort, but unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. Upon arrival, I explained that my original booking was for six people, but my father had sadly passed away four weeks earlier. Instead of showing empathy, staff were more focused on logistics and payment, insisting I change the name on his room. This took over an hour, under the uncomfortable gaze of other guests. When we finally got to our rooms, none of the key cards worked. They were incorrectly labelled and had to be reissued, causing further delays. At checkout, we were wrongly accused of not returning a towel card—we were only given one, despite staff insisting they had provided two. Given the earlier issues with our room keys, it’s likely this was another mistake, but again, the focus was on charging us rather than resolving the issue fairly. These incidents, all playing out in public view, left us feeling scrutinised and unwelcome. As the only Black guests at the hotel, it was hard not to question whether that played a role in how we were treated by both staff and management.

Staff was wonderful! Food options could be better but satisfactory. Pillows were heaven!!!!

The best place to stay in Boracay !!!

Only thing I hate about my stay is that THEIR SMOKING AREA is right next to KIDS POOL. 👎 but everything else was great!

Great place to unwind

Very nice location and superbly maintained. We had some trouble with the wi-fi , it’s the only inconvenience during the stays.

The staff and this property were the absolute highlight. The rooms were also nice and clean. We didn’t love this part of Boracay as it was so busy with lots of people hassling you constantly but the resort itself was pretty nice. Most of the food was quite good and they did have a happy hour in the main restaurant but no happy hour at the pool bar which meant we didn’t hang out there at all. The main pool was really nice but the back pool was extremely dirty, though I believe that problem is now fixes as we raised the issue and then the pool was closed. Overall a good stay and no real complaints. Well done to the staff.

Gerald at the bar is an artist. All of the staff are extremely respectful and helpful.

All other service staff encountered were incredibly kind, hospitable and warm. Thank you for the wonderful experience. EXCEPT for those 2 restaurant reception girls and Front Desk Staff reception morning of 6th June- incredibly Done with their job, very assuming and never experienced that . Me and my cousin’s family decided that we will all have breakfast together at 6am at the hotel restaurant since our transport pickup is at 8am- our last meal together since we’ll be parting ways after that. I asked my cousin and her husband and 2 kids to checkout from regency early at 6am!!! but leave their baggage so we can pick it up with the transport after we’re done. Imagine waking up the kids early (luckily front beach walk was pretty). We were excited to have our breakfast (never mind paying full for 2 more adults, paid full for an 8 year old kid coz his height is above their measuring pad, paid for one more kid.) just so we can enjoy together (supposedly) Damn!! First thing we encountered were those looks from those ladies at reception as if we were asking anything for free.!! Seated us at a table not even setup, we had to combine tables ourselves and get cuttleries. When i wanted to pay, they asked where my cousins were staying(like why?!!! I didn’t know we’d get immigration sort of questions just by buying breakfast. I realized they were assuming my cousin’s kids were staying with me. I can’t even get close enough to babysit. Worst 3 hours of my stay

Superb value. A great resort well located, with a lovely lagoon style pool in the centre. Staff were kind and helpful. Made our stay lovely. Location is perfect for exploring the beach and local restaurants. Breakfast was great. They even provided a quiet VIP experience for our breakfasts when we first arrived to get us used to the Philippines, which was an unexpected bonus. Our room was great, with a beautiful bathroom, including bath and a balcony overlooking the pool. I would recommend a balcony room to give you more privacy and a nice place for evening drinks and games, rather than poolside...bur if you like the idea of having a pool at your rooms balcony then they have many of those to offer. Though it may not be the newest of hotels it is definitely looked after and a great place to base yourself for a wonderful stay in Boracay.

Overall, we had a really good experience. Excellent service from the staff and very accommodating. We arrived 6 hours before check-in time but they allowed us to to check in since the room was already available..without additional charge.
