Staff was great. The restaurant for the breakfast needs a Major updating.

The bathroom is so stingky, did not replace the blanket, no supplies of tissues , front desk people are inconsiderate.

Staff are very very helpful, shop nearby, restaurants nearby and good.

We had a wonderful weekend and fully intend to go back to stay there. But we rate it only 4 stars. Pros: 1. AC is really cold, this is the most important thing 2. Excellent location 3. Clean and comfy with helpful and pleasant staff 4. On site cafe has good food, and if staying at the hotel, a 20% discount and free coffee and tea 5. Shower is strong, toilet flush is strong 6. Room has a good ref and has what you need to make coffee Cons: Biggest complaint is the sink faucet and bidet in bathroom only has a trickle of water. Faucet in the sink is tolerable but the bidet is a bit inconvenient. The following are just FYI. Not deal breakers for us. 1. There is parking although it's a bit cramped. But that's the price you pay for the excellent location. 2. Walls are a little thin. You can hear the tv next door. But since there's nothing to watch except local channels, I don't think people spend their time watching tv anyway. 3. Wi-Fi a little slow. Once again not a deal breaker. Really one should be up and about seeing sites when it's not too hot anyway. Overall, great experience! Will definitely go back.

We are family of four. This is a great hotel to stay at as it is very charming and is a great location. Crisologo street is the next street over and there is a coffee shop and convenient store across the entrance.

Need more parking space & add gluten free options (my daughter has Celiac & Type 1 Diabetes) plus Stevia or sweetener for coffee. Love the Pinoy breakfast & welcome drink plus the water refill stations. Nice location & near access for restaurants & tourist spots

Decent and affordable accomodation; welcoming and helpful staff; masarap na breakfast at iba pa; coffee tastes great.

We enjoyed our 4 days and 3 night stayed. It’s is very close to the places that we love to see. The problem that we notice is the old style key that most of the time we have a hard time to open it. The bath room floor is flooded after you take a shower is not safe if you’re not put the towel on the floor to cover the over flowing water from the shower. It’s kind of slippery. The staff are very accommodating and friendly smile with greetings. Location is accessible especially for young kids to explore any time for dining, souvenirs and the night activities at the plazas.

The property provided excellent service and is very accessible to areas that we wanted to visit as well as to the bus station.It was also very easy to locate.

The property is in the colonial part of the city. The property is old and tired and needs work. The staff tries its best to clean but it requires more than cleaning to make anything feel fresh. The structure of the building is based on an old model wherein there's a central space carved out of the center of each floor in the four stories. This means that noise travels up and down through this vertical corridor, and some people simply don't care how loud they are. You will care, because it's noisy. AC works, TV not so much, the one evening I tried to take a shower I could get no hot water. This is just how it is, I've stayed in about 12 hotels over the last 23 days and four star has a different meaning here. Wi-Fi is so so.

I didn't like the service.Before we left early in the morning I requested the front desk to have our room cleaned because it got messy when everybody took a shower around 7 am.When we returned so tired and feel so sticky because of the heat around 3 pm, the room was still a mess with wet towels I placed on the floor and the room was not cleaned yet.I asked the staff in the front desk, she said we have to wait because the cleaners will clean the vacant rooms first, the ones with occupants even though we requested was last priority.I got mad because I feel so sleepy already and the room was a mess because I had three teenagers with long hairs and their towel were so wet so it made the room smell.That's the only time they clean so we have to endure the smell of the chemicals they used.Their service needs improvement and they should take care of the people staying there.From 7 am to 3 pm is quiet enough time for them to clean the room especially when we really requested it to be clean.I can still remember this very well because it was an important visit I made to that place.

Their policy of no refund for cancellation made me worry as my trip to Vigan was cancelled. However, when I sent them a message, they generously allowed a rebooking instead within a period of 6 months. Thank you to the management.
