Stayed here for 13 nights and enjoyed my trip. The hotel is super close to Okada casino and Mall of Asia! Will definitely be back again. The staff at reception were really friendly and professional! Gave me complimentary late check-out when they found out my flight was later in the evening.

Kingsford is my home away from home when I come to the Philippines for a week or 24 times a year. Excellent Buffet breakfast, nice lobby bar with food. I just feel like home here. Everything is laid-back. You can walk four minutes to the 711 for G cash or you can walk for 10 minutes to go to the Las Vegas style hotel Casino resort.

Do not book this hotel. It is like a motel. The room was not cleaned regularly. The room is moldy and old. The staff are rude. Soap was not replaced. Linen had dirt and blood. The Airconditioning is hot. Worse you will have to wait for the breakfast buffet, and the food is nasty. The only good thing is its location. More like a two star hotel with a nice name.

Not a great stay , room keys were jammed, a/c didn’t work properly, no airport shuttle until 7am, my flight was at 5:50, false advertising no other options offered by hotel.

Staff unhelpful. Canceled 1 room through Expedia. They contacted the hotel multiple times without a response. I contacted them as well with other questions and no response. Booked an executive suite for the family and they tried putting them in a sub standard room with a broken TV. After contacting the front desk, they were moved into the suite later that night. Manager refused to help or give a credit because it was booked through Expedia. Not a trustworthy property.
