Stayed here for 13 nights and enjoyed my trip. The hotel is super close to Okada casino and Mall of Asia! Will definitely be back again. The staff at reception were really friendly and professional! Gave me complimentary late check-out when they found out my flight was later in the evening.

Our room is clean including the bed, bathroom and very comfy bed and pillow as well! the hotel is perfect and very close to the NAIA Airport. It's closest to the Okada Hotel & Casino with shopping stores/restaurants next to the hotel. Just have to walk and cross the traffic lights. Mostly, the staff has a customer service.

They couldn’t offer us airport shuttle bus as they only had one spot left for the slot we requested. Also, next morning as our flight was at 6.55 am we couldn’t use their shuttle service either. If you’re booking this hotel based on their free airport shuttle bus service I’d recommend reconsidering your options. Our room was dirty and old amenities

The first room we got was terrible. We complained. The reseption said there were no room available. The room smell vomit. The handle on the sink was broken. They fix it. But still it was broken. We can hear people talking the room next door. 3 days later they gave us a new room. It was better. From Room # 933 to Room #745.

Buffet is same everyday, gets tiring. Need a procedure to reserve your table. When you get up to get more food and return, someone has either taken your seat or the staff has taken away your things. Very bad
