Stayed here for 13 nights and enjoyed my trip. The hotel is super close to Okada casino and Mall of Asia! Will definitely be back again. The staff at reception were really friendly and professional! Gave me complimentary late check-out when they found out my flight was later in the evening.

Great location. Walkable to nearby casinos that have a variety of restaurants. Grab is available if you’re not a walker. It’s a 10 minute drive to Terminal 1. Was on the Grab app when the hotel shuttle driver approached and asked if I wanted a ride to the airport. The free shuttle was departing soon and there was extra space. It was a quick and smooth ride.

clean room - however. on one occasion they cleaned the room late (around 6pm after requesting for our room to be cleaned). staff - friendly and accommodating breakfast: stayed there for 4 days - it’s the same food all the time. outdoor pool - didn’t use it but many people used it.

This hotel is inflexible. We needed to be to the airport by 6:30 AM, but their earliest scheduled shuttle was 7:00 AM, we were on our own. I attempted to get some coffee at 5:30 AM, they wouldn't do anything till 6:00 AM. We only had USD, they would only accept PHP.

We booked this hotel because of the free airport shuttle. However, the process for requesting it was confusing (they default to paying for a private car), and after we had confirmed our complementary shuttle, it never came to pick us up, so we ended up paying for a taxi to get to the hotel after waiting an hour. We shared our experience with the staff and manager; they apologized but never offered to refund our cost for a taxi or any other compensation. Our dinner the first night arrived after an hour of waiting (and the food was cold), and the spa setting was lacking privacy. Although the building is nice and price is attractive, the overall management of the property and services is disappointing. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

the only thing is the tv package....no real movie selections or news channels ie fox We have Cignal TV in Tarlac and for 800 peso per month we had way more selections available. We would assume a commercial client such as yourself could negotiate a better entertainment pack for you clients...paying a little bit more for the stay would be appropriate...
