Really cool hotel. All the amenities we wanted. Quiet, and nice air conditioning. Bagpipes can be heard in the distance after 9am but ear plugs solve this.

This hotel was wonderful! A lot of room, clean , and great location

We stayed here for three nights in July 2026. We were well received by the front desk, everyone was very friendly. The location was spectacular- right in the center of the royal mile, with truly breathtaking views. The room was spacious, but you could tell the hotel hadn’t been renovated recently and some furniture was a bit worn. All in all, we were happy with our stay here.

This is a delightful hotel situated perfectly in Edinburgh. Very friendly staff and clean, well-thought out rooms with coffee, tea, milk, sugar, shortbread and candy! Very, very pleasant. I highly recommend Fraser Suites.

Very central spot, in an excellent location in Edinburgh. Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Furniture and furnishings a bit tired in the room and good use a refresh. Overall a lovely stay.
