Frasier Suites was a wonderful place to stay! I will definitely return. The room was spacious (I had an executive studio), with a small kitchenette (micro, fridge, coffee spread, sink, silverware and dishes. My bed was HEAVEN extremely comfortable, there were marvelous fluffy pillows and I was happy to sink into it. The staff was fantastic, I saw a lot of Michael and Remy and they were both very helpful. Everyone was eager to help, my taxi to get to the airport was right on time on my last day, the lobby area was fabulous. I wanted to send out laundry and got up to get everything to the front desk by 9am, turned out the laundry place was not open that day. So check that out of you plan to send out laundry. These things did not bother me, but I will mention them for others....the bathroom looked like it was recently updated...fabulous shower, lots of hot water and good water pressure, however the room (while totally comfortable and large) could use a fresh coat of paint...I could have used larger garbage bins in the room....you can tell it is an old building, so not a "super luxe" hotel room like in Manhattan, but I was not there for that. It was clean and very nice to retreat to after a long day. I loved, loved having the large windows that actually opened so they could be cracked for fresh air. You can get your room cleaned (fresh towels, etc.) every day (or not) if you choose. The safe was easy to use and a real added bonus, for passports, etc. I recommend them highly

The room was wonderful. The Staff were very knowledgeable about all the areas we wanted to see. They were so kind and made us feel very welcomed. I would love to return and stay again.

Remy and his co-worker at the front desk were super nice and very informative! Service to the room was quick. Rooms need to be updated but were clean. and the carpets need to be removed, hotels should not have carpeting anymore!
