The hotel is in front of Chamartin station, which is really convenient since I arrived at the station by train late night. Be careful: the location map on Hotels.com shows different place. You can find small sign “hotel Chamartin one” at the exit of the station. You should follow this sign, not map.

The room was clean, quiet and comfortable, check in was swift, breakfast provided a broad range of options. A very easy option for arriving from the airport by train and an early start by train the next day. The Superfuud immediately adjacent provided excellent options for a quick meal. I would stay here again.

The big plus of this hotel is it's proximity to Charmatin. The staff were also really friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the building and hardware was showing it's age. Regardless, it was still a great hotel to stay at in between a flight and a train.

The receptionist was rude and abrupt on check in. We were given a disabled access room that was in very poor condition and not clean. The air conditioning wasn’t working and the noise from the building work at the station and from other guests kept us awake all night

Excellent location. The hotel is located just above the Chamartin Station where we can conveniently go anywhere. It is just 30min away from the international airport by train. Many choice of food for the breakfast buffet. Staff are helpful. We don't seem to find the control panel of the air conditioner, but because it was April, we left the windows open at night, it was cool enough.

Room was clean, breakfast was available and very comprehensive. Room on 8th floor was incredibly warm, there seemed to be an issue with heating that was not resolved even after notifying staff. Luckily nights were cooler so open windows helped.

Lots of construction going on around the train station which is where the hotek is located. The hotel could make the entrance easier to find by putting up signage in the vicinity. Was advised by the hotel that construction work was going on in the statuon, but our stay was not affected by any noise.
