Hotel Chamartin The One

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Madrid. The property was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and perfect for exploring the city and visiting the places we wanted to see. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.”

Hotel Chamartin is in an excellent position for the majority located within Chamartin Station. I was pleasantly surprised just 3 escalators and I was at the hotels main entrance. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Other facilities excellent. A most enjoyable stay. I recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Madrid

Perfect stay for our needs. We were taking the early train and the hotel was inside the train station. Nice, clean, comfortable place to stay, with many restaurants nearby.

Great location for us, right beside train to the airport/city and the metro to the city. Although our rooms are a bit dated, everything is really clean, functional and practical. The price to quality ratio is excellent.

The location is very convenient for taking the train. Our rooms were spacious and functional. They also have a restaurant on-site. The staff was courteous and helpful.

Hotel was conveniently located near to the train station for connecting trains

Nice clean, comfortable room. No AC control in the room but otherwise good. The stay was pretty quiet, early in the evening you can hear cars outside but it was quiet later.

This hotel was only ok but likely because it was beside the train station. I feel like train station or airport hotels are always only ok. I don’t know why. I will say the music was great in the bar! Haha small detail but I enjoyed it. It’s a very handy hotel when you have an early train

The room was very modern, spacious, clean and comfortable. I liked they had large sized safes, big enough for laptops. I would have given five stars except for lack of noise privacy. The room doors did not open and close quietly, so you can clearly hear from the beds when neighbors come and go. Also, the door inself did not seal so any noise in the hallway was easily heard, including full conversations or someone's phone ringing down the hall. A more minor thing is that the lowest setting on the AC was too cold for me, but with a light comforter on the bed at night, it was just right. The dining area, buffet and bar were a nice touch, a bit sparsely decorated or maybe that was on purpose in using it as a multi-flex space. I felt in the evening and lesser in the morning, they were a bit understaffed and it took some time to get service. Front desk staff both for check in and check out were very helpful and friendly. The convenience of this hotel to travelers on the trains is amazing. The hotel is located in the station complex.

The hotel is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful as well; and the restaurant has a very nice menu. I enjoyed my one night stay and I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel's location offers exceptional convenience for both intra-city travel within Madrid and inter-city rail connections, as it is situated directly above the Chamartin Clara Campoamor Train Station. Furthermore, Barajas Airport T4 is accessible within a mere 20-minute journey, and the Chamartin Subway station is also directly integrated. While the immediate vicinity currently presents a developing aesthetic, it is anticipated that this will significantly enhance upon the completion of the hotel's ongoing renovations. The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and amiability, and the accommodations are meticulously maintained. I will definitely return and stay again.
