I had a pleasant stay at the Bristol Hotel Zurich. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They provided excellent recommendations for places to visit in the city and kindly upgraded my room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences. The hotel’s location was also convenient for exploring Zurich. I would also like to thank Expedia for making the booking process smooth and straightforward. Overall, a very positive experience, and I would happily stay here again.

The rooms were adequate but the air conditioning was not! We particularly enjoyed the quick walk to the train and tour bus stations. Several cafes and dining spots just steps away. And, the tree lined street was a bonus. The staff could not have been more hospitable. They were very helpful and welcoming.

Centrally located near the train station and bus stop for excursions, felt safe the entire time I stayed at the hotel. Breakfast was included in my stay, I found there was lots of variety (cereal, fruit, eggs, tea, coffee, etc)
