The staff was excellent and the rooms were clean and comfortable! Unfortunately the hotel was undergoing some renovations during our stay which caused some lengthy waits for the only elevator. Overall, the property is a great place to stay and very close to the train station.

We enjoyed our stay here. The staff at check in was quite off-putting but everyone else was great. Being so close to the train station was amazing! And the view from our room was awesome! If you’re looking for a luxurious hotel, this isn’t it. However, if you’re looking for a basic hotel that is close to the train station and still nice, this is a great option!

Very good location, just steps from Interlaken West Station. Prices are lower than most of other hotels in the area. Large bathtub, water pressure was good, temperature was excellently. Buffet breakfast was OK. Very limited room amenities, no fridge, no kettle, no bottle water, no coffee/tea, no clock, no power outlet near bedside tables. Garbage can only in bathroom. Bathroom no counter space, no shelf space, no cloth hook - the only hook had be used for garbages and hairdryer. Worn-out wallpaper. Poor wifi connectivity. Only 24 in tv. Perfect for travellers who only want a hot shower, a warm bed and a filling breakfast.

Well located in Interlaken West. Just a block away from train and buses. Beautifully situated between 2 beautiful rivers, downtown and nice restaurants and bars. Staff was very friendly. I would stay again

This hotel is a complete disgrace. It has been abused by a bad remodel after bad remodel, a total disgrace to a once former beautiful hotel. I would not recommend this place at all, please don’t waste your time or money. This was our first stop in Switzerland, and it was a complete let down. The wall paper was peeling off the wall at every seem and it looked like everything there was a bandaid to a previous bandaid problem solve… if only I could add pictures to this. Don’t expect any amenities, or quite frankly anything at all. The bathroom offers all in one shampoo and body wash in a small cheap sample packet, the towels are raggedy and the trash can is an actually paint bucket or something close to it, no lid. Surprisingly the mattress isn’t totally uncomfortable but it’s hot as hell if you’re visiting during the summer months. There’s no air conditioning, only small portable fans. This is also a loud location located right next to the train station. I personally could get any sleep. You can chalk up this review to - we got burned so don’t let it happen to you…

First of all, with the price I paid I don’t think it’s fair to put you on a room (214) where the construction was on going. You cannot see any view because the window was covered and since it’s covered there was no ventilation coming inside the room. I tried to open the window to get some air, but UNFORTUNATELY, my daughter suddenly had allergic reaction with the dust that I need to give her dose of epi pen. I hope the management should not use rooms that are affected with renovation cause it’s a big HEALTH HAZARD to guests. Also breakfast was very basic, again for the amount I paid I don’t think it’s reasonable. Front desk are not approachable as well.

Hotel was very dangerous to stay with no amenities, no heat in freezing cold weather, no iron ,no coffee,no water, no refrigerator in the room ,and furniture was old and broken .Walls had mold and water marks.we regret for staying there and would never recommend to any person to stay at that place .Staff was awfully rude .Would suggest Expedia to just take off that hotel from their panel.

Breakfast menu wasn't wide and really needed more egg options. Boil eggs in shell wasn't appealing. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Room #218 had a excellent view of both sides of hotel with a balcony which i loved. Walking distance to everything and very close to train station. Enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were hot and there is a bar in the basement that was noisy and rowdy ‘til 5 a.m. We were told the bar is closing soon, and this should be resolved, but it was awful.
