There wasn’t a bad thing about this hotel. Would stay there again

Staff courteous, well located. Breakfast generous though basic, and rooms large but basic / little tired. Linens and bathrooms clean.

Amazing service at this hotel. We had the best experience and could not recommend enough! Amazing Mountain View and balcony, nice room, comfortable and the kindest most helpful staff. Great location close to the train station, everything is walkable and close. We hope to be back!

Second time in Engelberg, and a flying visit as wanted to go up the mountain, unfortunately the Titlis was a disgusting unsafe building site and we were there not even 5 mins, bad timing! The holiday safe bar two that were excellent were very poor … won’t safe here again

Excellent breakfast quality and available options. Large BF area, being constantly kept clean and tables cleared rapidly. Very efficient Breakfast staff.

If all you care about is having a clean place to stay, this is fine. However, if you want the restaurant and bar to be open when it’s supposed to be open, have your room cleaned and not have hotel staff force their way into your room yelling while you are naked do NOT stay here. To add more color, I was using the shower, the steam from the shower set off the fire alarm, we opened doors and windows it stopped within a minute. A few minutes later there was loud banging at the door, my partner opened it as I was naked. A member of the hotel staff was there yelling “What are you burning in the room?” My partner said it was steam from the shower, the staff yelled let me in and my partner said it’s the shower, she is naked. Ignoring this, the staff member forced his way in and I yelled “it was the shower” holding a hand towel in front of my naked body. He then abruptly left, said nothing, no apology. Then, within a minute another person started banging on our door (recall the alarm is no longer going off and had not been for several minutes). This person tried to force their way into our room as well but when told it was shower steam just yelled “you cannot shower with the door open” at us and left. I have never experienced such terrible treatment from hotel staff in my life, I will never return. The lack of an apology is unacceptable and if fire detectors are that sensitive a warning needs to be given. A stranger forcing their way into my room while I’m naked is what I’ll remember

We just want to thank the staff for the upgrade and nice accommodations. The view from our room is breathtaking. Buffet breakfast every morning was awesome, lots of options of hot and cold dishes. Happy to come and stay here again. We appreciate your kindness and wonderful service.

The staff great courteous helpful check in easy parking great help and easy shuttle across the st to Mt Titlis also walking distance to Mt Titlis great variety and warm. Loved the place will stay there if I go back

Florian the manager is excellent and understanding . So was the other gentleman at the front desk. Upgraded us to suite and it had excellent view of Mount Titlus. Location of the hotel excellent and close to station, mountain and shopping.

Nice hotel , clean rooms , stuff was ok , it’s in a great location, very close to shops, restaurants , stores , bus stops right up front of the hotel.

My hotel stay here was fantastic! I really enjoyed everything – the staff were great, the place was lovely, and the spa was delightful. It was a fraction of what I paid elsewhere in Engelberg and it was much nicer. Oh, and Viera at reception, she was incredibly lovely. It's these kind of experiences that truly make a difference!

A very nice two night stay in Engelberg and at the H+ Hotel. It’s perfectly located, with good-sized rooms in generally good condition. I have stayed before and would do so again. Decent value for the price.
