Beautiful design and a great location, but "lean luxury" concept lacks basic comfort and service. Apparently, this is a "lean luxury" hotel, which is something the staff should really explain to first-time guests. It turns out "lean" means no room phone, no room service, no fridge, no coffee/tea facilities, and zero amenities. We booked this for an overnight layover after a frustrating flight cancellation. Exhausted from travel, the last thing we wanted was to do the staff's job by entering our own data into the system and activating our own room cards at check-in. We got the "Cozy Room" for our short stay, but it was incredibly small—the bathroom sink was literally out in the hallway. For $600/ night it's fair to expect a bit more. That said, the breakfast was wonderful, and the bar/restaurant area is absolutely beautiful. Just be aware of what you are sacrificing for the aesthetic.

The hotel is nice and the staff is very polite and kind. However, I think there is room for improvement and the hotel should be more flexible for guests arriving in the morning and try to check them in earlier than the official time of 15pm.

Convenient location, clean room and helpful staff

The rooms are ugly, poorly constructed and designed. I expected a lot more for this price. The room felt like a budget hotel.

Clean and tidy room. Great bar and breakfast area. Perfect location next to the river and train station.

The staff was excellent and helpful. The buffet was the same everyday. It was good but not excellent. The first 3 nights were not so good. It was the weekend and a holiday. Therefore, we could hear the sound of very loud motorcycles and sports cars until 3am. This was the only complaint.

Very good hotel, well located. I didn't like the bathroom, it was small and uncomfortable.

The bar is open 24 hrs. Hotel has a movie theater. The room light circuit is difficult to figure out. Activated by the room key turns all the lights on, but can't turn them off when you want to sleep. Strange

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Ruby Mimi Hotel in Zurich, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Everything about my stay was super great!!!!! I would highly recommend this lovely place. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I absolutely love that you could borrow a guitar and take it to your room. That was a fun experience. Great hotel overall.

Pricy for what you get. Breakfast is so so for what you pay but you get good coffee. Showers are horrible in that water splatters everywhere. The location is great. Self check in made the place feel cheap but at least there was a person to help you there.
