I had a great stay at the hotel. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to tourist attractions and shopping areas. The rooms are clean, airy and fully equipped. In particular, I am very satisfied with the professional and friendly service attitude of the staff. They are always willing to help and meet all my requests. The breakfast at the hotel is also very delicious with a variety of dishes. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience and will recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Everything is so great about grand Grand Hyatt Taipei; all of the hotel guests can take a close look at 101 tower during New Year's Eve firework. We didn't have to go outside on the street to watch 101. Rooms are so clean; they were very generous to give many complimentary water bottles. Staff were so friendly. Will stay here again for sure!

The staff are very friendly, the security is good, the facilities of the public place are good. The room is perfect for one person living, the place is clean, the public bathroom is also clean. I did not take any food from the hotel as there are plenty of options near the hotel, especially M3. The staff are super friendly and courteous. I appreciate the many options for the welcome drink. The hotel is also just next to the Taipei Main Station, so connectivity is excellent.

This hotel is amazing! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent—only about 100 meters away from Shandao Temple MRT Station (Exit 6). The room is very spacious, including the bathroom which has a bathtub and even a special heat lamp to help dry your clothes after washing—super convenient! But what I love the most is the lounge on the 2nd floor. Guests can access it 24 hours a day to grab free coffee, hot chocolate, or snacks. It’s perfect after a long day attending a conference or exploring the city—ending the night with a warm drink is just wonderful! Definitely staying here again for my next trip! Highly recommended!
