Amazing hotel at the heart of Taipei. Close to Taipei 101, The Breeze, Bellavita, Unipresident Department Store. The room is super clean and spacious. Highly recommended if you travel with kids (there is a kitchen in the room). Will come back for sure.

Self serve laundry was a plus until the bill came . $65 usd for 3 loads of self serve laundry was way overpriced . Other than that the hotel is nice .

The staff were extremely friendly, enthusiastic, and spoke good English. The staff at the door were especially attentive and helpful. However, there were cockroaches in my room, which was a minor drawback. The toilet sometimes flushed continuously, taking a while to stop. The facilities were new and the location was convenient.
