非常に普通だった。4つ星とは感じてなく、、ちょっと残念だった。 ウォシュレットトイレがなく、浴槽がなく、フローリングでスリッパがなく足が冷たかった。 唯一いいのは部屋が非常に広かっただけかな、、、

The beds are so comfy and the staff are all very nice and considerate. Great location to access all attractions, 100% would stay again!

Staff is very attentive. Nice big room with a fridge and a kettle. Shower and WC are on a different room.

Dear Manager I recently stayed at Hannes house from 6 Nov to 8 Nov, and I would like to share some feedback regarding the amenities and sustainability practices observed during my visit. I understand and appreciate the hotel’s initiative to reduce environmental impact by limiting the provision of items such as toothpaste, slippers, and bottled water. However, I was surprised to find that despite this green initiative, there were no recycling facilities available in the room. This inconsistency raises concerns about the overall effectiveness and transparency of the sustainability policy. As a guest, I fully support environmentally responsible practices, but I believe they should be implemented in a thoughtful and comprehensive manner. The absence of basic amenities without alternative solutions or clear communication can negatively affect the guest experience. I hope you will consider reviewing these practices to ensure they align more consistently with your sustainability goals, and that future guests are provided with clearer guidance and appropriate facilities to support these efforts. The room was clean, but surprisingly no bidet in the toilet unlike most Taipei hotels. Other than that, the hotel is centrally located in the heart of busy Taipei city, right across City Hall station and many shopping malls.

Room is spacious and clean, with an open view of the surrounded area. Staff are friendly and polite. Hotel is conveniently located near metro station, shopping area and Taipei Dome.

Overall, the room was spacious and I like the location. It is a bit pricy compared to other hotels in Taipei that are close by the subway. But if you like the area, then this place is good

這次5大1小 (2位70歲跟1個10個月大的嬰兒) 來台灣玩，因為大房的酒店選擇不多，Hanns House無論在價格CP值很高！地點靠近信義區的大商場，房間空間也超大，所以選擇了HannsHouse。 無論在房間整潔度、空間性還有安全性都是非常好，所以很放心10個月大的小孩在地上爬玩。 另外職員也很親切有禮，由其是在酒店門口的職員。 這一家酒店絕對有第二次。

방에서 타이완101 건물도 잘 보이고, 무엇보다 위치가 정말 좋았어요! 송산에서 타이완101 건물도 잘 보이고, 무엇보다 위치가 정말 좋았어요! 타오위엔 공항에서는 1시간반~2시간정도, 쏭싼공항에서는 엄청가까워서! 쏭싼 공항으로 항공편 잡는걸 추천드립니다 ㅎㅎ 타오위엔 공항가는 공항버스도 숙소 근처에 있어서 편리했어요! 안에 내부도 넓고.. 깨끗합니다! 다만 아침식사가 매우 간단했어요.

Very friendly staff, good location for hanging out in fancy part of the town. Easy walk to Taipei 101 and closer metro stop. Spacious room. On-site self-service laundry was also very convenient to have.

The location was very convenient. It was great to have free freshments in our fridge. Also having a laundrymat in the hotel is an added bonus. Made our 10 day trip very easy.
