Perfect stay. So near the train station. Everywhere was easy to get to by uber. Walkable to 101 as well. Staff was friendly and helpful too. Classic Taiwanese hospitality.

Parking is not so easy, entrance of parking lot not easy to find I end up in the wrong lot

Friendly service staff. You get access to free coffee machine and a few drink vouchers at a connected coffee stand for every 3 nights. You also get free happy hour. Very close to exit 2 blue line MRT. The room is spacious and has a small kitchenette that we wanted during our stay. Great view of Taipei 101 and Xinyi district. Room got freshened daily. Complimentary coke and Picori sweat and four bottled waters daily. I would recommend a stay here and would go back. I wish they had a bidet in the bathroom.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Taipei (my company's Taiwan branch is in the Taipei 101 building). No need to say how good their facility is, I have stayed in this hotel multiple times for 2~3 years and they manage hotel very well and I feel it is same as my first time. Anyway, I made a silly mistake with my booking this time and asked Hanns House to help me fix it. While they were sorting it out, I was really impressed with how professional and efficient all the hotel staff were. I had to talk to the front desk a bunch of times because of a dumb internet hotel booking site agent, and even though I spoke to different people at reception each time, they all knew what was going on, did their best to fix it, and explained everything really kindly. I really appreciate everything the hotel staff did for me, and I definitely recommend staying here.

The hotel was well maintained and our room was spacious and very clean. I have visited Taipei around 20 times, and this is by far one of the best hotels I have stayed at. It is also very close to 2 lines of MRT so extremely convenient to get around. Taipei 101 is within a 10-minute walking distance as well.

I like how the staff are very accommodating and friendly. The room is very nice with all the amenities we are looking for. It is not just a hotel but a hotel room that feels like home. The best part is we have the view of Taipei 101 from our room window. I hope to be back to Taiwan and stay at Hanns House again.

It’s near by Taipei City Hall MRT station, walking distance to Taipei 101 and many department stores The snacks, especially the ice creams are awesome!! One thing is missing is body lotion

It’s a great hotel to stay, however do not expect for any service. The team needs lot of training in customer service. From the moment you enter the hotel, you can feel the staff have no passion and not enjoying working here. They are not detailed in their service. We travel with two young kids, requested a crib. When asking for baby bath, the answer was, they need to see if there is anything available. Had to wait for two days and called again and made a complaint, it came within 5 minutes. We booked an executive room, the room does not have bathtub, not sure how they expect guest to wash their 7 months old baby without a bathtub. FYI. We travelled in Taipei for a month, all the hotels we stayed have provided, crib, baby bath and bottle cleaning machine. We stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Would love to come back but due to the terrible service, rather choose other hotels. To add, the restaurants team also has poor service. The only team we really appreciated was at the door.
