Amazing hotel at the heart of Taipei. Close to Taipei 101, The Breeze, Bellavita, Unipresident Department Store. The room is super clean and spacious. Highly recommended if you travel with kids (there is a kitchen in the room). Will come back for sure.

Breakfast is above and beyond your standard American breakfast package deal. The hotel and room are impeccably designed with a spectacular shower, comfortable bed, and a nice mini-kitchen. My only complaint as with many hotels is that I wish there were more drawers so I didn’t have to live out of my suitcase. A great stay otherwise!

Dear Manager I recently stayed at Hannes house from 6 Nov to 8 Nov, and I would like to share some feedback regarding the amenities and sustainability practices observed during my visit. I understand and appreciate the hotel’s initiative to reduce environmental impact by limiting the provision of items such as toothpaste, slippers, and bottled water. However, I was surprised to find that despite this green initiative, there were no recycling facilities available in the room. This inconsistency raises concerns about the overall effectiveness and transparency of the sustainability policy. As a guest, I fully support environmentally responsible practices, but I believe they should be implemented in a thoughtful and comprehensive manner. The absence of basic amenities without alternative solutions or clear communication can negatively affect the guest experience. I hope you will consider reviewing these practices to ensure they align more consistently with your sustainability goals, and that future guests are provided with clearer guidance and appropriate facilities to support these efforts. The room was clean, but surprisingly no bidet in the toilet unlike most Taipei hotels. Other than that, the hotel is centrally located in the heart of busy Taipei city, right across City Hall station and many shopping malls.

Very friendly staff, good location for hanging out in fancy part of the town. Easy walk to Taipei 101 and closer metro stop. Spacious room. On-site self-service laundry was also very convenient to have.
