Very clean. Bed is so comfortable. Had a washing machine & dryer. Balcony, 2 balcony with a building view in front and park view from my room balcony. Such a perfect stay for family. Definitely will stay here again when I go back to Bangkok.

I booked a Grand Premium King room. It was quite spacious and very comfortable. Fully stocked with amenities, snacks, etc., and we got the welcome cake. Their hospitality was also very good, and the staff were really helpful.

I have stayed here many times and have never been disappointed with this hotel. The bedroom is fragrant, clean and very new. The four pillows are soft and make you sleep very comfortably. The TV is huge and you can watch Netflix until you don't want to go anywhere. The breakfast is very delicious and has a lot of variety. All the staff are well-mannered and polite. I highly recommend this UHG branch. I give it 10/10. I will go back to stay again.

An excellent stay at the heart of the busy area of Lumphini. We stayed two nights at this hotel on August 12th and 13th and found our stay to be wonderful, as we spent most of our time sleeping and/or relaxing in their very comfortable room (although I mistakenly selected twin beds when booking 😂😍). The interior colors of their property perfectly matched our favorite colors, making our stay even more comfortable. We would also like to thank their Front Desk Agent, "Sing Sing," for her excellent service throughout our stay, especially during check-in and check-out. She was very professional and courteous, and we also enjoyed our small talk when she shared that she was pregnant and expecting a baby soon. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel, and we were very satisfied with all of their services. We will definitely return. Thank you to Sing Sing the front desk agent and the entire team of Oriental Residence Bangkok 💚

Thank you to the Front Office team for making my stay so special! From the warm welcome to the thoughtful details and surprises, everything was perfect. The staff were all very helpful, especially the gentleman who did my check-in, the lady who assisted with my check-out (sorry I forgot your names), and another kind team member at the breakfast counter.
I truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality. I’ll definitely come back to this hotel whenever I’m in Bangkok!
