B2 Surat Thani Premier Hotel

Whenever I go to Surat Thani, I always stay here. I'm confident in the quality.

Breakfast: Just a piece of pie, but overall worthy of the price.

The room was very clean and quiet. It's conveniently located near Central shopping mall.

I usually stay at B2 hotels in almost every province I travel to. This time, my experience at the B2 Surat Thani was disappointing. It started with the towels – old (acceptable, but they smelled unclean). I didn't ask for a replacement because it was late and I was sleepy. In the morning, I went for breakfast, expecting a buffet, but there wasn't one. There was a menu, and I ordered green curry chicken. What I received was a box of curry rolls, one roll for one person. Very disappointing. There was a coffee menu, but the staff said the water supply was cut off due to a broken pipe, so they couldn't clean the machine and therefore couldn't make coffee. Don't they have a water reserve? I ordered milk with honey, but it was lukewarm milk that tasted like plain water. I tasted it and had to leave it aside. There was no toilet paper in the room. I had to run down to buy some myself. There was only toilet paper in the bathroom, which I felt awkward using to wipe my mouth. I had planned to stay at this hotel for three nights. I only stayed one night, packed my things, and moved to a hotel next door. I told them about the breakfast experience. The hotel staff said, "Did you see it from this hotel?" That's it, B2.

Great! The location, parking, staff, and room were all excellent. I'll definitely come back.

This is my return to stay at B2 after using Hop Inn for a long time. From now on, I will return to Hop Inn permanently. Policy: Children over 7 years old must book another room. No extra bed is provided. My mother came with her 11-year-old daughter and 11-year-old niece, 3 people in total. The staff did not have any suggestions or solutions to help solve the problem for the customers. I asked if they would charge half price for the children or any other suggestions. They had to sleep together. How could small children have separate rooms? No. Most customers would agree to book another room and come down to sleep in the same room. Why!!! Then how could a small child like this sleep alone? The front desk staff replied that the customer must manage this themselves. Huh? If they answered that they would like to call the manager for a moment, it would be better than arguing with the customer. There is only one solution, which is to book another room. To be honest, this hotel is so big. Please improve your customer service a little bit. In terms of service, giving advice to customers, the service mind is not as good as Hop Inn. P.S. In the end, another staff member called the manager to end the matter. The customer was satisfied. But what was not satisfied was why they were arguing with the customer instead of finding a solution from the beginning.

The staff is not willing to provide service to customers. They asked to borrow an iron and said they did not have one. Even hotels are willing to provide one, but here they are not ready and not willing to provide service.

The Wi-Fi drops out often. Other than that, it's very good. The place is clean and nice.
