Great resort with lost of amenities, and close to the mall

I wish that I could say something negative about this place but everything was excellent. Breakfast had the largest selection and everything tasted good, the fitness / pool manager, I wish I could remember her name but she was very helpful. The hotel is very large, well maintained and in a quiet area with beach access. Dinner at the Bay restaurant and staff were just the best.

Great hotel to say in Pattaya

The property was well located near a lot to see and do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean, although the bed (king) was a bit hard which is typical in this region (I did not ask for a bed topper). The restaurant was well stocked with a variety of options. The pool was delightful, and there were a lot of cabanas or umbrella covered recliner chairs not to worry about getting one (and an outside bar with great, fresh tropical drinks, wine and beer. Definitely a great place to stay in Pattaya.

Rooms need to be updated. This was a premier hotel a long time ago but it is starting to show its age. The staff was amazing from the front desk, bartenders, house keeping, and waitstaff. All were so helpful and attentive.

Room was dated, in need of remodeling, the amenities were so-so. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner are in dark bottles, I could not make out which was which since the labeling and lettering were dark also. Old bath tub shower combo, shower was too low and I'm 5'10". I did book a garden view since I was Traveling alone, maybe ocean front/view rooms were better and or remodeled. About 9pm there was a power outage in my room do to faulty switch, maintenance responded after 3rd request, repair was done quickly. Twice front desk tried to tell me I had the card inserted wrong, they did not understand I had been in the room 2 hours with no issue with the power, just insisted I inserted the key card wrong. Breakfast was very good buffet with a nice selection and helpful, and cheerful staff. Public areas are very nice and clean. 3rd time I have stayed in the brand of hotel, probably the last time. 1st time was Bangkok, forgot where the 2nd one was and this was the 3rd time with this brand. Close to beach rd and terminal 21, easy walking distance. Pool side food service was fine.

Wonderful hotel, our second stay here. Staff at the pool bar are very friendly. The room was spotless. Access to the beach is easy. Evening entertainment would be good. Hazel & Andy McGeorge

Rooms are neat and clean. Housekeeping services were good.

Wonderful staff and service. The room was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was great, no hot, noisy unit on the balcony which was large enough to enjoy the amazing view of Pattaya Bay. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the restaurant food was first class and reasonably priced. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great location to walk the beach/boardwalk strip and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Great pool options as well and wonderful views of the beach. Also good breakfast, service, and hospitality.
